I was skeptical about image quality thinking it would be like most other trail cams I've seen. This, however, has amazing quality, and has good night vision. The cellular plan is very affordable as well.

Had issues from start to pay for a yearly subscription for the service. Did not want u to use a visa card. Now trying to cancel the subscription & the only directions are for apple devices and I have Android. The service email address is bogus & u get an undeliverable message. The company is in Hong Kong and they charge monthly for rate exchange on your credit card. My father died & I no longer want/need or will use the camera but there is no way to contact the company. Don't buy from Hong Kong company that has no legitimate contact info. It's impossible to talk/email anyone and I can't get my money back.

Customer service was fantastic Mia reached out after purchasing to make sure everything was going well with the product and if there was anything they could do to help! The product itself is pretty decent for the price. Lags a little to get the alert and play back but does pick up what goes by!! Easy to set up and install. Wish it wasn’t as pricey for the subscription but overall a good product so far!

I bought this camera to monitor my terrain and I am pleasantly surprised. The 2K image quality is very sharp, even at night. The best thing is that it already comes with the integrated SIM card, which saves a lot of setup time. The solar panel works wonderfully; since I installed it I have not had to charge it manually. The 4G connection is stable and the 'Live View' allows you to see what happens in real time without major delays. Highly recommended for those who do not have Wi-Fi on site."
