The smell they give off while burning is incredible and will leave your food tasting amazing. The pellets are a bit large, so you can expect a solid burn time. Surprisingly enough there isn’t a whole lot of ash left behind. Works great with steak, chicken baked potatoes and corn on the cob. Love the flavor
