This tea set is gorgeous and comes with everything you need to enjoy tea with friends or family (save the tea and water). This comes with the tea pot, six cups, a tea tray, and a bag to hold it all. My bag has a small tear in the mesh where the tea tray goes, but it's easy to repair and does not effect how the bag works. The tea set is perfect. It's easy to clean and works perfectly. This would be a great set for people who want to travel with it or for a gift for a tea lover in your life. I'm so pleased with it. The pattern is gorgeous and it looks just like the photos. This tea set is absolutely beautiful. The quality is really nice. I don't know about it being good for travel, because I'd be scared to travel with it and risk it breaking. But the set is perfect, and I highly recommend!

This is a nice tea set. It does have a nice Japanese design and the non-slip bottoms are a nice touch to keep the tea in place on the table or tray. It holds enough for a few guests, just make sure you boil enough water if people want more or you have more people. The one thing that caught me off guard was the “made in China” sticker on the set holder which makes me wonder how “authentic” this tea set really is. I don’t think it was made in Japan, but the style is probably what it’s referencing? If you’re looking for an authentic Japanese tea set, I wouldn’t get this one. Though I must say, for its purpose, it serves well and is great to enjoy a nice cup of tea with my spouse or a small group of guests. I’d give it 4 stars simply because of the misleading title. Some people may want an authentic one, I’d recommend to find a website that does send over authentic sets or take a trip out to Japan to get yourself a set.
