So very, very good!! The 1st time I ordered these, it was from a different Amazon Seller. After 2 "delays" in shipping, I cancelled that order, and then purchased it again, from this Seller (order fulfilled by Amazon). A much better experience with this order, as I literally received it the very next day! These orange slices are absolutely scrumptious! I've only had 2 so far, but I love 'em! There's no Trader Joe's where I live, but I'd heard their dried fruit was really good. I had never tried these before, until now. And I gotta say, the rave reviews are accurate!!! Tomorrow I plan to try a recipe for orange flavored cream cheese wontons, and I'll be using the orange rind on these for orange zest. These orange rinds mince up easily, and taste way, way better than any orange rind I've ever zested in the past (plus, mincing these Trader Joe's rinds isn't as difficult or as time consuming). I'll definitely repurchase these in the future!!!

Whether you eat these by themselves, which can be an intensely fabulous experience, or you cut them up and adorn your homemade chocolate bars with them, they are scrumptious. Somehow, they don’t taste cloyingly, sweet and the texture is divine. Mine arrived incredibly fresh in a vacuum seal package. At first, I thought this was expensive for the amount I was getting, but considering that I’m only going to eat a little bit at a time, or use them for my own tempered chocolate treats, they weren’t that expensive. I’ve been looking for fabulous candied orange rind for years. I had made the mistake of thinking it was better to buy something cut up. I was wrong. It’s worth it to cut these into little pieces, though they wouldn’t be great in fruitcake. Note: This sell for under two dollars a package at Trader Joe’s.

I admit that I bought these out of curiosity. They are ok but not really very edible. I will try them in hot tea but on their own? Not so much.
