I order these all the time. I eat one with my Atkins shake every morning after my walk. Unfortunately my last order one of the containers leaked all the juice out and got everything sticky and a mess. Had to wash everything but went great. Love these. Thanks 👍

They are handy for dessert filling like in jello. That what I got these for but they are small and I had to use several for my jello molds so I would prefer to buy a full can. It all depends on what you need them for.
