Size: 0.75kg TPU95

Features

  • Customizable Flexibility: PolyFlex TPU95 is a 1.75 flexible TPU filament (thermoplastic polyurethane) with a Shore A hardness of 95A and over 400% strain-to-failure. Unlike many flexible filaments, PolyFlex is compatible with nearly all desktop FDM/FFF printers without any hardware modifications.
  • Tangle and Moisture-Free: Polymaker TPU filament is carefully wound to prevent tangling and is dried and vacuum-sealed in a resealable ziplock bag with a desiccant. Always keep the tip secure to avoid nodes, and use the side holes on the spool to help prevent tangling.
  • Flexible, Strong, Consistent & Outstanding Layer Adhesion: Polymaker TPU filament is easy to print, providing excellent flexibility and shape memory. Its robust rubbery texture and outstanding layer adhesion ensure bubble-free, jam-free, and warp-free prints when using the correct settings.
  • Unlock Your Creativity: PolyFlex 1.75 TPU filament is ideal for creating wear seals, plugs, gaskets, sheets, keyring cases, and components for mobile devices and bikes. Its also perfect for wearable and protective applications such as insoles, watch bands, phone cases, and drone parts.
  • PolyFlex TPU95 Printing Settings: Nozzle: 210 C - 230 C; Bed: 25 C - 60 C; Speed: 20mm/s - 40mm/s; Fan: On. Recommended Diameter: Flexible 1.75 TPU filament (Elastic TPU Roll).

  • Vibrant color and good results*
This filament was a bit tricky as it required very slow printing speeds to get good results on my Bambu Lab X1C. That being said, after dialing in the settings just right, I was able to get great results.

  • Dry it out for best results
This stuff prints great, if it is DRY. Some TPU you can get away with printing without a dry box, leaving it out in the environment… not this stuff. That’s not an issue but I just want to emphasize to anyone buying this that you need a drying solution to get good results with this particular TPU. Dry it out and you’ll be happy! ... show more

  • Terrible stringing but its probably my fault
I have used this for multiple printed ant combat robots and it has held up great, no damage has ever been done to a part made from this. The one drawback is the fine tuning that is necessary to get a clean print, I haven't even figured it out yet. My models usually have so much stringing that I have to sit down for 30 minutes and clean it off using a heat gun and scissors. Other than that, it has worked well for many things other than combat robots too. It is probably best to use this in less precise applications at the start, while you figure out the settings. ... show more
