My grandson is having a ball with this board. He mastered it within a few hours and we have to fight to get him off it. This was a Xmas gift and it was a very good gift, worth the money. This is the first one of two from this company that I ordered for Christmas. When we opened the box, it just smelled like burned electrical. It would light up while plugged in, but that's it. Wouldn't charge, wouldn't move, wouldn't do anything no matter how long you charge it. So I applied for a refund, they expected me to pay over $50 to send it back. I quickly ordered another one for my kid who missed out for Christmas, before I knew that. This one arrived, only held a charge for about five minutes before it would just completely die without warning. I applied for the second return and by then, the other one from Christmas started doing the same thing the first one was doing! Now I have two dead hoverboards and one that holds charge for five minutes, all for several hundred dollars. They want hundreds of dollars more just to return them, so I can sit and hope this no-name company gives me my refund. OR, I can throw them in the trash, take that $150 and go to Wal Mart. You only need to give a little bit of your effort for balance it. My son had another one before it and it used to require full control of balance but this item helps you to balance.
