Tbob puts out a lot of advertising and supports media creators. I think they do a good job of making it seem like they might be 1:1 comparable to Babyliss and Stylecraft, but they are not. These are good clippers, but noticably down on power compared to the top tier. I got the gentle blade which is great for kids , and I'm happy with it. I'm a Barber of almost 20 years. This is the best trimmer on the market. It's quite, has a nice weight to it. The softy blade is easy on the skin doesn't snag. It's easy to zero gap and if you don't like the Softy blade you can always change it to the Krazy, Phsyco, or the Morono blades.
