I really loved the style of these plates—the color is beautiful, and the design has such a nice, classic feel. They look great on the table and feel sturdy. The only downside is that we can’t use them in the microwave, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, they’re lovely for everyday use.

The plates both dinner and salad are really nice...the quality and color look great. The bowls are disappointing. They are a muddy grey color, not the same texture as the dishes and they are not porportioned to the plates...way to deep and too big. Not a good color for food. And they just don't match the dishes. Also...Please read the fine text...these are not really dishwasher proof....only for the top shelf of the dishwasher. (You have to really look for this information...it should be posted with the no microwave instructions). ... show more
