I bought this telescope for my 4-year-old, and it’s been a great introduction to astronomy. I think this telescope is junk! I can’t see anything. I have googled, TikTok’d, YouTube’d and every outlet possible to see if I can find directions or advice as to how to operate it, and I can’t find anything. There are no directions for this product. There is no contact for this product. Bottom line…I can’t see anything. Any help is welcome. As it stands now it’s junk sitting in the box. Not a happy client.

I’m really impressed with the ToyerBee Kids Telescope. It’s lightweight, easy to set up, and perfect for young kids (my daughter is two and half) who are just starting to explore space. It’s easy to put together. My 6 yr old likes it you can see pretty far with it it’s just hard to focus and see total detail. But it’s a great beginner tool to grow and spark young minds
