Update: I reached out to customer service, and they were very helpful! They were kind and easy to work with. They made sure to send me a replacement right away. I have not received it yet, but I will update again once I have the new warmer. ............ Original: Very disappointed. The warmer's power button still indicates it's on, there are no visible wire issues, but the warmer no longer gets warm. It was working fine the day before and all of a sudden it stopped; I have only had the unit for 6months. It is disappointing. I am not sure if I will take my chances again or just find a more reliable warmer. I liked the size a lot, so it is a shame. ... show more
