I would recommend these to anyone who wants to find something to help with boob sweat, is sick of sweaty bras/shirts from boob sweat. I would say they should make larger ones for those who need them as well though. These work great for me, as I am a heavy boob-sweater year round. they fit me and stay in bras and sports bras well. I can imagine anyone larger than myself or with a bigger bust (I'm like 40B) would probably find that the strips are small both in length and width. I find the fabric to be smooth and comfortable. The strips wash well with all my other wash, I hang them to dry so they don't shrink! they fit from side to side under my bust but are about 3in wide so they only cover the bottom of the boob. Someone asked what Ice silk IS and it is a viscose material blend that is meant to be more breathable/moisture wicking and have better air circulation, it is supposed to mimic silk in a number of ways(like in general feel and drape). ... show more

I had a laparoscopic surgery & the main incision was right along the line of the bottom of the bra. I am so glad I went with these as opposed to the cotton version with edge stitching. They are soft with smooth edges and are perfect to form a barrier between the incision and the bra. So worth the money! ... show more

    • Almost perfect, a wider width would be great
These are almost perfect, not bulky or hot. However, I have to overlap two of these to use them. They are too narrow, since I’ve been using a disposable one by Skinfold that is 6” wide.. Of these were 5” or 6” wide they would be perfect. They should probably offer two sizes..

These would be prefect if they were just a bit wider. I have a larger top so if you are smaller these would probably be perfect. Despite the size I love them LOVE . I use them all the time. They really keep my bras dry and that also helps with the irritation. They are very soft, smooth, and wash and dry like a dream. The pack is a generous number of liners and I never run out of strips before my next wash. I used to use paper towels when I was working out but that was not as cool or absorbent and frankly a bit wasteful . They are easy to slip in your bra and then adjust to get them to lay flat and stay where you want them. I did not even know something like this existed but thrilled to bits to have it.
