Seems to work as intended but it would be helpful if it came with a guide to aid in installation as even with a clamp I still would up with one hole drilled just a bit out of place. Note, these make the ladder about 3" taller with the feet attached so if you have a ladder hook in your shop that was located at a level to have the feet touch the floor when hung up will have to raise that to store the ladder with the leveler feet attached.

The picture depicts the ladder at the end of the stairs. In this instance, it works very well. However, as you move up the stairs, the ladder will cross two or three stairs, and the length of the extension is in adequate. This forces you to put a bunch of wooden blocks underneath to equal it out, which sort of defeats the entire purpose. It works but with duct tape and Band-Aids.

Attached easily enough and also easy to adjust once mounted. Only down side is that the provided hardware for attachment isn't optimal or adequate. Easy fix after buying $15 worth of appropriate stainless 3/4" bolts, washers, lock washers and nuts.

These were needed to steady a ladder that has to work on any type of ground. They made an older dented ladder steady and made working on gutters alone less of a daunting task. Very easy to adjust. So easy in fact when I asked someone else to move the ladder they were able to adjust the feet without instruction. They work just how you would think they do.
