Looks beautiful installed
Size: 50 Inches
We installed the 3 sided fireplace and we love it. The installation was pretty simple once we settled on a design for the fireplace surround. We opted for a simple design in order to showcase the fireplace. There are many videos from both Touchstone and others that were very helpful with installation. We have only had this installed about 3 weeks so we are still getting familiar with all the settings and features. I highly recommend this product.

Aesthetically pleasing
Size: 60 Inches
The media could not be loaded. We love the look of this fireplace. Giving it a 4 star because the app is malfunctioning and I haven’t been able to resolve it. I get a constant error message that says “network is busy” and is asking me to change the settings on my modem.. My last resort is to call the manufacture, but for the price, I expected an easier experience with the app.

3 sided feature is an added bonus
Size: 60 Inches
The possibilities of using a wood log, clear fireglass or black fire glass or combination. Lots of colors on the remote. Love the clear sides of the fireplace. More slimline than others. Very happy with the fireplace. Shipping was secure. No scratches.

Beautiful!
Size: 50 Inches
This fireplace is absolutely stunning! It has many settings for different color options which look so different with the glass setting versus the wood setting. Having the "infinity" edge means that the fireplace looks gorgeous from all angles!
