    • Stiff touchpad - not smooth - only one USB port

I needed three USB ports and one HDMI which this laptop does not have It has one USB port that's all The touchpad is is not smooth or easy to use You have to really press hard on the pad- thank God it's a touch screen so that you can use some features but the rough touchpad is a deal breaker. I'm in my late 50s so with a touchpad that's hard like that my hand was numb after the first 15 minutes A mouse is the trick to a terrible touch pad but I need those ports It's cheaply made so that's why the touchpad is not nice and smooth and easy to use I'd like to mention a couple positive things which is a backlit keyboard, touch screen and it is a 2 in 1 - you can fold it backwards and it sits upright like a tent for long zoom mtgs ... show more

The computer is very nice. It runs maya very well. It runs adobe painter well I just can’t with the battery life so I unfortunately have to return it. The battery life actually drained quicker when I put it on power saving mode. It will last five hours on max brightness and if you put it in saving mode It lasted two hours less, which is just a little crazy. So I cannot keep it sadly. I've had this laptop for about 2 weeks. My old laptop with Windows 10 was not upgradeable. This laptop definitely has a larger display size, which is very nice. However, it was set to 150%, which made things too large, so I set it to 125%, despite a warning to not change it, and it works just fine. I set Random Hardware Addresses to ON, but experienced video/audio lag, so turned it back off. I honestly don't know if the above two issues are Windows 11, the PCMover app I used to transfer to the new laptop, or the laptop itself, but I personally don't think it's the laptop. I don't use my laptop on battery, so can't address battery life, and I'm not a gamer, so can't address that type of performance either. I am pleased with how it runs, and am very pleased to have a 1TB hard drive at this price point. ... show more

I wish they included a combination, microphone/earphone input instead of just an earphone jack.I returned it, because I needed an input jack.However, for the price point, this great little laptop and everything else I needed. It was fast, light, the display was amazing, memory was more than I needed, And it was packed with loads of other desirable features. If I ever try another one, I’d love to review. I was skeptical about CPU N100, since I am usually familiar with the I series for work as well as home laptops, dealing mostly with HP and Dell. As an off-brand "FUNYET" with 16GB RAM, 14" 1080P screen, 2-in-1 with backlit keyboard, it performs almost as well as my I7 laptop in regard to graphic generation in Chief Architect and the use of Office 365. The audio quality was quite clear and loud enough for a laptop. Not fully tested the battery but so far it gives a couple of hours of portable usage. As other may have mentioned, the built in camera is located a little bit in an odd position (bottom left of screen) that could be block by your hand gesture during keyboard use. I haven't performed a benchmark test but it handles well with Microsoft Office products and quite fine for regular Internet surfer.
