We needed a laptop that can handle our kids handling it, haha. We bought this laptop because of the 360° hinge and the touchscreen. So far so good. The laptop came quickly and it was easy to set up. The only downside is that it doesn't have a HDMI port, and only has one USB port, ear phone port, and USBC port. I needed three USB ports and one HDMI which this laptop does not have It has one USB port that's all The touchpad is is not smooth or easy to use You have to really press hard on the pad- thank God it's a touch screen so that you can use some features but the rough touchpad is a deal breaker. I'm in my late 50s so with a touchpad that's hard like that my hand was numb after the first 15 minutes A mouse is the trick to a terrible touch pad but I need those ports It's cheaply made so that's why the touchpad is not nice and smooth and easy to use I'd like to mention a couple positive things which is a backlit keyboard, touch screen and it is a 2 in 1 - you can fold it backwards and it sits upright like a tent for long zoom mtgs ... show more

I chose this laptop because the screen flips completely around which put the touchscreen into tablet mode. It is Windows 11 and comes with Microsoft Office. A couple of things that I am finding to be unusual- the camera is on the bottom left of the screen which puts my face in an odd view in Zoom or other on line meetings. Also, the power switch is on the right side of the computer. The power button protrudes slightly and I am wondering if it will be damaged at some point. I also it it by accident and caused the computer to have me log off. Fortunately, I did not lose anything I was working on. Overall, these are minor potential negative issues in light of the positive elements mentioned above. Lastly, the computer is much lighter than the other laptops I am using. The computer is very nice. It runs maya very well. It runs adobe painter well I just can’t with the battery life so I unfortunately have to return it. The battery life actually drained quicker when I put it on power saving mode. It will last five hours on max brightness and if you put it in saving mode It lasted two hours less, which is just a little crazy. So I cannot keep it sadly.
