The unit is amazing once you get it installed. My only issue is the terrible installation instructions. There is no excuses for them being as vague and out of order as they are. I love this toilet. Had it for over a year now and I'm spoiled, it's hard to go on any other toilet. It's so smart. Only wish it had a under the seat cleaner, so when the seat is lifted you don't see residue. Would upgrade if that was available.
