I bought this Toto Washlet to replace another I had for 15 years. The previous version was not remote and had an arm with the controls on it. The pressure and heat were a manual dial. I can get the pressure just right. With the new Washlet, the pressure is digital and has a position control. The position control is nice as I can get it where I want it and can oscillate or pulse it for maximum cleaning. The drawback is the pressure only has 5 incremental settings and it doesn't get very strong. I would prefer a bit more pressure for those stubborn days. I've owned a Toto bidet seat for 20 years (I was 20 at the time) and it just bit the dust. This one is just as nice and will hopefully last another 20. My old remote control works with it so that's a nice feature in case one of them breaks. We live in freezing Temps and the seat warmer alone is worth it! ... show more

The Toto Washlet does not fit our toilet. The Washlet interferes with the one-piece toilet tank and cannot be installed. Several attempts to contact the seller to request return / refund have not been answered.

My husband has tried several hours to install this over the T20 but it DOES NOT FIT like the other review has said. DO NOT BUY IT it's a total waste of money!

This is a double review, first for the washlet, which is great, but mostly for the vendor LemSol. I originally ordered this item and fortunately the vendor reached out to check I knew this was for the Toto base, I actually needed the version for the non-Toto base. Following this I redid the order, then the pandemic really took a hold. At every step of the way Tim at LemSol kept me informed and ensured I had all of the options possible in getting the product to me. It was a huge delay, which could have been frustrating, but Tim was great... I highly recommend this product and the ace support from it's vendor. ... show more
