The TOTO WASHLET C100 Round Bidet Toilet Seat with PREMIST delivers ecology- minded luxury in a streamlined design. The WASHLET C100 is fully automated, featuring a soft rear spray, rear cleanse, and front cleanse with the option of an oscillating stream. The controls are located on a convenient arm control panel. The PREMIST function sprays the bowl with water before each use, preventing waste buildup and keeping the toilet bowl clean. Newly resigned seat provides additional space and comfort across broader range of users. The wand is self-cleaning, automatically cleaning itself before and after every use. Features a heated SoftClose seat with three temperature settings. The temperature and pressure of the water are adjustable with three temperature settings and five pressure settings. Cleansing with soothing warm water is more comfortable than traditional toilet paper that can sometimes be rough. Built in air deodorizer and a warm air dryer with three temperature settings provide a more enjoyable experience. Was a little nervous when it arrived w more to put together than anticipated BUT it was in fact super easy to assemble and attach to bowl—-don’t over think it, install is very intuitive. The only reason I had a plumber for the water connection was my valve was resistant and I didn’t want to risk stripping it. The washlet itself: It has all the major features you need and anything more is just bragging. I consider the attached control panel Vs remote to be a bonus. And don’t underestimate the power of its deodorizing/clean air system. Lastly, if you’ve never experienced a bidet before you’ll never use anything else now. You’re always 100% fresh not to mention your TP costs now next to nothing. Love it AND a great value. ... show more

This is the second TOTO washlet I owned. I bought the first one about twenty years ago when nobody knew what a high-tech toilet meant. It lasted for more than ten years, but one day, it stopped splashing water. The heated seat was still working so I continued to use it. The reason why I didn't buy the replacement was because of its high price. I paid almost $600 for the first one. Instead I bought several portable washlets and was using them in home and travel. Recently I renovated my bathroom. I thought it would be the time to buy a new TOTO. I purchased this model because it was most reasonably priced. With coupons and gift cards, I only paid $105. The retail price of $335 was not bad. I chose TOTO because it is reliable and well-made, and I personally know that company. Nowadays there are more than ten manufacturers in the world. I don't know how reliable they are, but I know TOTO works. The new washlet has many more features than the original one. This has oscillating function and dryer. It also has self-nozzle-cleaning function. Dryer doesn't do much, but oscillation is good and useful. All in all more functions for much less money. That's great! Hopefully it will last for a long time as the first one did. I use the washlet after I wipe the bottom so my washlet is always clean. I can't imagine that I would use it without wiping the bottom though I know most people do that. The only complaint is that this washlet turns on when I sit and rather noisy fan starts to blow wind out from lower left side. I don't know what it does, but it is noisy and doesn't stop for a few minutes after I stand up. The original one had none of these. No wind and no noise. Also the seat sometime becomes cool when it is not being used. Probably because I turn on energy saver. The original one always had warm seat. One more caution. The round seat is small so if you have big hips, you may feel uncomfortable. So all in all this is a good product. Buy it if you don't mind wind noise and a small seat. ... show more

If you are considering getting a bidet/washlet get the Toto brand. Install is super easy and the quality is second to none. This has changed my life in the sense that it just raises the bar on the quality of life. A warm seat, a washing of your nether regions whenever you go number 2 (or number 1 for the ladies) is really increased the quality of life for me and my family. I travelled to Japan with a slight case of hemorrhoids and being on the plane for 13 hours was not a lot of fun. After being in Japan for 2 weeks and using the Washlet everyday, my irritation in my rear was gone and my flight home was trouble free for my derrière. After coming home to the US I pined for the Washlet here. So I called an electrician and had outlets put in near all three commodes. We have "piloted" this model in the main powder room and it has really made a difference. It's clean, it's healthy and really 21st century. I still use TP on the pre-wipe to get the, ahem, larger stuff but the rest I let the water clean it. After the dryer, I sometimes use TP just to check everything is clean but our use of TP has gone down at least 5 fold. With impending shortages of critical items like TP, I feel better having a Washlet in the house. If things do get to the point where TP cannot be had we'll be fine! If there is one thing that I had that was a complaint was that I got the version to fit the round (vs. elongated) bowl. The seat and bowl opening is a bit tight, lengthwise when I sit on the seat. I am of 100% Japanese descent and have the physiology of a typical Japanese person and I found the opening a bit on the small side. If you are on the larger side you might find this version a bit tight. You might want to replace your toilet with a elongated bowl and get the elongated version instead. Now that we're pretty much convinced. I will be looking at other models for the kids/guest bathroom and the master bedroom. One thing is for sure, I will not get anything other than Toto. ... show more

I purchased this round seat in biscuit to match my bathroom, as other models in beige/biscuit were much more pricey or not round. Otherwise I'd probably not be satisfied. It's ridiculously tall in the back--like 8 inches, creating a sloping seat. Would prefer a lower profile! The deodorizer is very noisy and runs forever. I turned it off (read the manual). Works like any other... no need to spend top dollar on these things. ... show more
