We’ve had this for about 5 months now and I’m very pleased. It has all the settings you could want but honestly I set my preferred settings and use only that. As a woman, I appreciate the “front” option, it’s gentle enough for lady parts and especially great for that time of the month. I’m prone to IBS and thanks to giving birth to two large babies, I have a large hemorrhoid that comes and goes. Keeping a clean bottom is absolutely essential for controlling flares. That may all seem like TMI, but for those suffering from both or either conditions, this thing is a life saver. A bidet in general is a life saver. I used a portable one for a while, which helped, but is nothing compared to this. It was kind of pricey to install since we did not have a plug nearby and had to have an electrician install it on a dedicated circuit since it does draw a lot of power, so the outlet MUST be GFCI. But by far the best money we’ve spent in a while. I will say, the warm water function is kind of meh. It starts a little cold, gets warm, then gets cold again. But we keep it on eco mode, so, maybe if we didn’t it would perform better in that regard. All in all, I’m very happy with our choice. Another thing to keep in mind, the lid on this is quite large. We had to remove our over toilet cabinet and move it up higher to accommodate the larger lid. ... show more

Amazing! it was super easy to install. I did it myself in less than 30 minutes - AND - only three days after hand surgery. That’s how easy it is. It’s very comfortable (love the heated seat and heated water!). I wish I had purchased one YEARS ago.

Ok so it was missing a couple of pieces and after install we had a heck of a leak. Once we ordered a new T- part and had another plumber come it works great. As a matter-of l-fact a five star. But paying a plumber twice is sad plus the mess. I would buy a Kohler again because we have Kohler toilets etc. Just wish it would have worked first time around. It has many functions and going to the bathroom has become an event! Looks great too! A little pricey but worth it. ... show more

Problems with remote right out of box. 5 days and remote will not longer work. Only Water temp light flashes and will not turn off. Put new batteries in now will not sync again. same problem out of box. Returning and looking for another brand. Purchased a Kohler toilet also but because of being the Santa Rosa model the only option is another Kohler. So will try to return toilet or sell out right at a loss and get another brand. Bidet sort of works but poorly with the side panel. This is not a luxury but a necessity for my disabled wife so Can take better care of her. Am returning ... show more

I had a plumber in for another purpose and he installed it in about five minutes. It is especially good if you already have a Kohler elongated toilet - it fits very well. I like it a lot because the remote is clear and easy to figure out. The only thing I think I may not have adjusted quite right is the "front" setting doesn't seem to really spray the "front." It may be I have not yet hit on the right combination of buttons. I bought this because I am to have back surgery - it will be easy to sit up straight on the seat and to find a place to put the remote. The only drawback is that you need glasses and a light in order to see what the buttons say. ... show more
