The TOTO® Drake® Two-Piece Elongated 1.28 GPF TORNADO FLUSH® Toilet with CEFIONTECT® and SoftClose® Seat, WASHLET®+ Ready is a beautifully designed high profile toilet. Featuring TOTO’s TORNADO FLUSH, a rimless, hole-free design with dual-nozzles that creates a centrifugal washing action that assists in rinsing the bowl more efficiently. This version of the TOTO Drake includes CEFIONTECT, a layer of exceptionally smooth glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to the ceramic. CEFIONTECT, coupled with TORNADO FLUSH, assists to reduce the frequency of toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning. This version of the Drake has a left-hand chrome trip lever and meets the standards for EPA WaterSense®, and California’s CEC and CALGreen requirements. TOTO WASHLET®+ toilets feature a channel on the bowl surface to help conceal the optional WASHLET®+ bidet seat supply line and power cords for seamless integration. The Drake two piece toilet includes a tank to bowl gasket, tank to bowl hardware, toilet bolt caps and SoftClose toilet seat. Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, water supply lines, and optional T40 WASHLET+ electronic bidet seat.

These are great toilets, bar none. I added a second in the house, replacing a 1950s 5 gpf relic in a little used guest bath. It’s the newer model with 1.28 gpf, and is absolutely remarkable. But the first Toto, after 20 years of continued clog free operation, sealed the deal for another!

The toilet is great. The seat lid came broken. I contacted the seller. Nothing. I contacted the seller again. Crickets. I contacted Amazon to contact the seller. They said return the whole toilet. Not necessary and a waste. I just need the seat. Crickets. I'm not going to uninstall the perfectly good toilet, put it in boxes (two) and take it down to the return place.
