First let me said the bike is good but once you get it be prepared to send it to the shop because one my front break was not good , than u have to adjust the gears and the rear shock because mine didn’t work well as long with the front the features of where u turn the option to switch close and open well on mine I have to fold the bike so it work . But besides all that for the price it’s a good bike. All u have to do is take it to the shop give the bike a lil tuneup u be fine . For the price you going deal with that . For me no big of a deal . In terms of the motor and battery. The motor seems pretty good . Battery first charge mine was super hot so I unplugged and found out that the outlet that goes in the charge was putting wrong , reason been of the heat … besides that the bike to be honest is a good bike ... show more

The media could not be loaded. 10/26/23 - Update; the bike has stopped working and shakes when trying to use throttle or assist pedals. Seems like I lost my shipping mmoney $170 and the protection plan does not cover box for returning bike which isn't cheap, it can cost up to $40+ for a big box. Cheaper than most, goes 21 mph as advertised, suspension works well on bumps, and charges fully in 5 hours. Some pieces chipped off when folding the bike on the first day, delayed by 2 seconds when using pedaling assist, I've only traveled 15 miles at most switching half and half with pedal assist and throttle (it does not travel as advertised) maybe 20 - 25 miles if I use assist only not 20-30 throttle only (12 miles) and 40-60 miles using pedal assist only (20 miles). For the most part it's worth the price even though no one want to find issues with a product but that why I left this review. The gears took me a while to learn thanks to the internet. Building the bike was 7.5/10 on difficulty. Seat comfort 7/10. Folding 10/10 but handle bars stick out a little. ... show more

I love love love love LOVE this bike very fast acceleration and great form. There is very little I do not like about this bike: some of those are the fact that the wheels feel a bit clumsy and the brakes are amazing but squeaky. Other than that I love this bike. I feel like it can go around 23 miles ish on level 3 pedal assist. I can reach 21.7 mph on it but if you turn off the electric I reached 25 on it while pedaling hard. O my goodness this bike is such a mountain bike. I took it on the trails hit some jumps but didn’t feel a thing because of dual suspension those springs on the seat, and balloon fat tires. It seems very water resistant. I did hit a tree head first with this going about 15 mph ish the bike preformed amazing. The reason why I crashed was because I was making a sharp turn on loose gravel. I have a hundred and thirty miles and is still going very strong. My uncle is a mountain biker and has a 9000$ bike. Mine preforms just as well as the “fabulous fox suspension” in conclusion this bike is wonderful for everybody of all ages Ps I am 12 ... show more
