Kept losing my roku tv remote in the bed...which led me to a search to solve that problem...which led me to this product. I found tethers for remotes...wasn't sure they'd solve this issue-so I made my own out of a lanyard and a keychain. The key chain was made of a flexible thin plastic that I was able to cut with scissors to lay flat on the front of the remote, once cut I taped it on with electrical tape. Surprisingly it worked! Instead of trying to find a little remote tangled in the covers, the lanyard is long and either it or the remote has been so much easier to find! Now, when not in use, I left on the table, or on the bed, or it was put on the dresser...yeah, now for a proper place to store. I decided to use the side of my night stand. I held up the holder, with remote inside, to get height. (I didn't want it sticking above the table.) Then just attached with screws. Perfect! Easy to reach! Right where I need it! I only have the tv remote in the one, but I will stick random things in there too...😉 The 2nd holder I put next to it and it holds my stereo remotes. (The Pioneer receiver remote is really big, but fit perfectly.) When you look at the table, you cannot see the remotes and my table is now clear! Btw, the holder will stand on it's own, with the remotes in it. It also has holes in the bottom of the holders. Not sure why... Comes with 2 mounting screws (that were easy to install) and sticky mounting tape already installed if you wish to go that route. ... show more

I bought a few different remote control holders so I can mount them on the side of my nightstand easily using the stickers that are the velcro type and this was the best one I've bought so far some of the other ones would stick for a few weeks and then just fall off without any remote in them (I even bought extra 2 sided tape with velcro and it still wouldn't hold some of the older ones I bought but this one I've had on my nightstand a few months and they hold up great. I own a 4k TV , 4K Blu-Ray player, sound bar, window unit A.C. and a Xbox One S all which have remotes . I'm constantly misplacing remotes so this is the answer to that problem. Works perfect. Stuck to my headboard. Was planning on screwing it (it comes with screws) but the adhesive strips already on the back stick really good to it so I just unpeeled the back and stuck right on to my headboard. Plenty of room for a couple remotes. About 5" side to side and about 2" deep. Exactly what I was looking for and with two in a box even better. ... show more

Hidden out of view.. panic alarm, ac remote, tv remote, cell phone, Kindle, glasses, flashlight, all out of sight and behind my pillow line on my bed headboard... all in a row and only known to be there by me. I've purchased three sets. These are just perfect and easy to grab when I'm laying down. They really do stick, so be sure you have them where you want them before you touch base with them. They're great to hide lots of things you need to keep handy! An end to the clutter and the constantly looking for "where did I put that" and having to get up to look. Ready to grab... especially the panic alarm and flashlight. Don't much need them, but when you do, you can't be wasting time feeling around for them. You know exactly where things are. I have purchased several other wall mounts for mounting remote thru out the house. This is probably the best I have purchased for the following reason. Amazon Prime Lightning fast delivery Ample room for two remotes, actually I can put 3 in the holder (two of which are Amazon FireTV and Roku plus one standard sized remote- 3 total with no problem. Price: Excellect To get the better price you should purchase 2 of the two packs which ships in one small box. Style: Black (or white). NOT CLEAR. Stylish and modern looking. Mounting, I elected to use my own stainless screws over those provided with the packaging. The holes drilled are a bit oversized and should be smaller in the next generation of manufacturing. Since I use a power tool for fastening, unless you have good control on the power drill, you might over tighten. One could provide their own washer as well to minimize this issue. I did not use the sticky backing option of mounting. I prefer to use the screw in method vs sticking to a wall. Both are realistic options with the product. I emailed a couple of suggestions to the included customer service number in the package for design changes on a SAT AM. And heard back by about NOON the same day (on a weekend) she was passing my info onto the engineering staff. So they CARE and they are FAST! Thats impressive for ANY company! Great size, well made. I got this to mount on the back of two table top TVs so the remotes would not get misplaced and kept away from small children. Nice that they gave me two of them in the pack! However, I have two complaints. 1) The sticky is already applied to the unit, so if you want to use the screw mount you have to keep the stickies on the back to cause who knows what issues later on. They should let you apply the stickies if you want to use them. 2) The screw holes are just a little off to match the VESA mounting standard holes on the back of a small TV. So I had to take out my drill and ever so slightly "side enlarge" one of the holes. I can see no reason why the holes are spaced as they are, I guess they just did not think of this. ... show more
