Frequently Asked Questions Will the remote still work when the Roku is behind the TV? Yes, Roku Ultra includes a remote that uses Wi-Fi (not infrared) to communicate with the Roku Ultra. As a result, the remote can easily communicate with the Roku Ultra. (The remote is included with Roku Ultra and is not included with this mount.) Will the adhesive hold securely? The included adhesive is specially designed to hold very securely. Please follow the installation instructions to ensure the mount is placed on a flat mounting location without bumps, ribs, or cables in the way. How can I remove the red liner from the adhesive? In the past, removing the red liner was sometimes challenging, so we updated the adhesive to include pull tabs to make removing the red liner easy. Is this mount compatible with other Roku devices? This mount is compatible with all Roku Ultra models but is not compatible with other Roku devices.
