When the refurbished phone arrived I did not know what its condition would be but it did not have any scratches and the battery is at 91% health. It was rated as being in excellent condition and that is what I received. The only flaw I saw was a tiny cut in the side of a lens bezel. I am pleased.

I wanted this phone for USB C and didn’t want to pay full price for the iPhone 16 Pro. Found a good price for the 15 Pro and immediately snatched it. Super impressed by the speed of this thing. I upgraded from a 13 Pro and there’s less noticeable jitter/lag and faster loading speeds. The performance difference is slight, but appreciated. I play lots of Pokemon Go and it opens much faster. The renewed model came with a third party charging cable and seemed to charge the devices fast when using a 30+ watt charger plug. The phone itself had absolutely no scratches, but there’s super subtle markings on the side that show that the previous owner has this phone in a case for a while. Overall, I agree with the classified “Excellent - Renewed Condition” that Amazon labeled this as. Camera quality is worth noting. I tend to take quick pics of random stuff every day and the photos look so good even though I don’t put much effort into taking them. Great pictures coming from the lenses. I had this phone for about a month and it’s still at the 90% battery health it came with. Hoping to maintain this throughout the year. ... show more

Recieved my iphone 15 pro today from "2ndphoneclub" listed as the seller for this item, and after transferring my data over wifi, and transferring my service with Cricket I got an unknown battery warning. "A refurbished iPhone 15 with an unknown battery warning indicates a non-genuine, previously used, or improperly installed battery. This is a common message when a third-party part is used, and it doesn't necessarily mean the battery is defective, but it could lead to inaccurate battery health information and potential performance issues or safety concerns. (Which the battery health was listed as Normal and at 86% in the packaging, after a few hours it now says Unverified and 87% max capacity??) To understand the exact problem, check Settings > General > About for a "Parts and Service History" section, and you can see the battery's date of first use and capacity in Settings > Battery > Battery Health. What "unknown part" means The battery was replaced with a non-genuine part. The battery was used previously in another iPhone. The battery was installed incorrectly, or the installation process was not completed. The battery is not functioning as expected. Potential issues Inaccurate battery health information: The battery health percentage might not be accurate. Performance issues: The battery may not hold a charge well or could have other performance problems. Safety concerns: Using a non-genuine battery could pose safety risks. Software updates: Unexpected behavior could occur after software updates. What to do Check parts and service history: Go to Settings > General > About to see the "Parts and Service History" for details about the battery. Check battery health: Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health to see the battery's current status. Note that the health information may be inaccurate.     • Seller included screen protector saved my phone!
I bought the iPhone 15 Pro. It arrived in great condition. Unfortunately, while I was setting it up, I dropped it on a tile floor! I found chips in the corners of the screen and was fuming at myself! A day of stewing passes before I realize, the Seller INCLUDED a screen protector! They didn’t have to do that. This is a great value add for me as the user. I didn’t see any mention of it when shopping for the phone, but I got it. So THANK YOU. The phone was unlocked and I was easily able to add it to my value phone service from US Mobile using the US Mobile App. I like the dark grey titanium body. It looks amazing and has a nice sandblasted texture that feels nice. The phone runs smoothly and has 99% battery capacity with a Manufacture date of April 2024. 13 months later I have a brand new phone. ... show more

I asked the seller about the battery percentage, they didn't say anything about it. After receiving the phone, i saw it had 92% battery health. As the product is marketed as "excellent" and "like new" I expected 97-100% battery health. Without that, everything seems fine. It's good from the outside. No scratchs or marks. 90% battery life, screen was in almost perfect condition, small scratch observed while tilting the phone in the light, otherwise not visible. Saved money and phone has performed great so far!

    • Cellular option grayed out (locked out)
The phone itself was in fantastic shape, basically mint condition. Screen was awesome. Can't remember the battery % but was above 80%. However, the reason I give it 3 stars, is due to the fact the phone was essentially locked out from being able to access the CELLULAR option, which was simply grayed out and locked. Everything else worked, but I was unable to setup an esim since I was locked out of that option, basically turning this into a very expensive brick. And yes, I have done every, single, trick, in, the, book, to make it work. 12 videos, 8 forum posts, calls to cellular provider, apple, and Amazon. The phone says it's not sim locked, but apparently it is. Absolute shame because otherwise this would have been a 5/5 experience. However, amazon did a fantastic job helping me out to reach out to the seller and once they got the phone back I got a full refund so there were no headaches there. ... show more
