These are the phones that I get for my children. There's no way a child should have anything more expensive. They work fine and when they break it's no big deal. Children are not responsible enough to be having all these expensive phones. I would not buy this phone for myself because it's a little bit on the slow side as far as processing goes but that's not necessarily a bad thing If you're trying to keep your kids off the damn phone all day. If you want a better phone for yourself I recommend the Moto G power. It's a few more dollars but it's a way better phone. This gets a five-star review because of the price for what you get. It works fine. Just make sure you don't have too many applications running at the same time because it doesn't have the ram. It doesn't have a super good processor. ... show more

At first I gave this Moto cellphone glowing reviews.. Now I want to drive over it as well as Amazon for selling it. I have tracfone srv and I asked if it worked with that srv, It doses they said so I ordered one.. I have had the phone disconnect from service at least three times since that time. I always keep my service up to date, Come to learn today 02/10/2023 that the phone is locked to Straight talk, NOT Verizon or TracFone! Since my service goes through TracFone the phone cut me off mid call saying I had restrictions at Straight talk which I have no idea how they came into the picture except the SELLER who sent me a phone that disconnects me from TRACFONE.. Since I Am 100% disabled I rely on my phone more than any thing else and now I am in serious trouble as I can't talk to anyone. I'll assume the phone is LOCKED to Straight talk which I have no clue how to fix now. Amazon or the seller needs to fix this for me or I'll turn it over to the MN Attorney general's office to deal with as this is false advertising here at Amazon. ... show more

If you want a phone with a great battery life and function but don't want to spend hundreds, this is definitely a great option. I've been purchasing new ones of this same model every time I manage to have another accident that results in me breaking my phone lol. Though, it is durable, I'm just super clumsy lol. It's a great dupe for a Samsung. My only disappointment is with the camera, it functions well enough for decent photos, but not as good as most higher end phones, which makes sense due to the price, gotta be something to make it cost this much. The phone itself is in perfect condition. The battery life seems good. The problem is I think it was previously owned or somebody oops. They sent a sim card with it that is not compatible. It is locked through total by Verizon which is completely different than Verizon prepaid wireless. And all customer support has been non helpful. When I open the completely sealed package the SIM card was already in the cell phone. When the screen opens for the first time, the phone even says the SIM is incompatible. ... show more
