We have a sunroom that is not and cannot be (without a lot of cost) heated and cooled by our home HVAC system. This was added to give us heat & cooling and we love it! The only issue came with some shipping damage (broken plastic piece for window) but the seller was super responsive in a very timely manner & easy to communicate with. All was made right very quickly. HINT: Take photos of the box when it arrives IF there is any damage. As to set-up, I was able to set it up on my own with a tiny bit of help at the end to put the exhaust pipe on (needed someone inside and someone outside for our set-up). The machine does have a drain so keep that in mind when you set it up. We raised it up on a stable platform and used part of the drain pipe to allow it to drain into a bucket. It is a no muss no fuss now to drain. We truly are impressed with this machine and very pleased with our purchase and the seller! ... show more

    • Chassis Fills With Water Too Quickly
Cooling and dehumidifying are great, I wouldn't say this unit's particularly quiet however. My main gripe's that if you're using this unit in heating mode often (which I am since it's fall now), the unit fills with water constantly. Error 'H8' is annoying. If you use this primarily as an AC unit/dehumidifier it works great. As a heater it often stops and beeps with the H8 code on its display. I wish it would evaporate the condensation created by the heating mode. ... show more

It is such a nice looking portable ac and so easy to install. Great to have during the summer! It cools down so quickly and saves you from the hot weather in just a few minutes. It can also be used as a dehumidifier which is perfect for me since I like it to be dry and cool. It can be a little noisy for some people. But I have no problem with the noise since it’s like the white noise for me. In addition, you can run it straight from your phone via the app! I have it in my bedroom. It is easy to install if you follow the instructions that provided. The window hose is easy to install and adjust. It cools quickly and quietly. I can use it overnight without sleep disturbance. The temperature can go down to 61 degrees. It also has 4 modes: cool, dry, fan, and heat. It can connect to the app through Wifi.     • This is NOT a 14000 BTU A/C UNIT
Works great except that it is not a 14000 BTU air-conditioner, a lot closer to a 8000 BTU unit which is not big enough to cool my garage. My 14000 BTU unit that just went out cooled my entire garage, this unit cannot keep up so it just runs constantly.

I ordered it on Monday and it came by Saturday well within the two week delivery date. The unit it quiet compared to my old one and heats the place up faster. I would order another one again, but hopefully it will outlast the 4 year extended warranty purchase. Have a great day!
