This is an awesome microwave! At full power it runs around 1450-1500 watts, based on my electric smart meter. What I love the most is its WiFi ability. The smartphone app allows many options that are not available directly from the keypad of the microwave itself. There are several defrosting menus such as meats, fish, vegetables, etc. There are also melt menus for butter, marshmallows, and chocolate, as well as cooking menus for potatoes, eggs, oatmeal, soup, etc. If it broke today, I’d buy a new one tomorrow. Absolutely in love with this microwave so far! It is very quiet running. It’s compatible with Alexa. You can have Alexa start the microwave at whatever power setting for however minutes and she does.

    • Not my idea of a good one
I have been in a bad luck streak for a few months with appliances just going bad . First hot water tank , then the fridge and now my not so old microwave. The day I got my fridge fixed after 4 months my microwave died . I really needed one super fast and read as many reviews as I could . My husband came home from the hospital after being in a coma and on a ventilator, so he was in need of one quick . I thought this could be the answer to our needs , but as I said “I thought,” The Alexa app hardly worked properly, but when it did it was great . We worked around that issue . Then we kept noticing one thing , each time we used this we had trouble with the internet and that’s where I just hate this thing . I wish I never hooked that part up . I have tried to take this off but I can’t figure it out . If I could do over and how I wish I could , I would just never have this connected to the internet . This cooks fairly good , not great , but workable. Things are either cooked not hot enough or too much . Maybe when my life slows down I can figure it out and find out what could be wrong . If you are looking for something to mess up your internet then you have found just what you are looking for . Would I say this is worth buying , not on your life . Maybe I’m just stupid , but I think this isn’t right . ... show more
