I have had fold phones since the fold 3 and this is hands down the best fold case and best case I've had entirely. (Fold 7). A problem I've had with ALL hinge protection cases is the flap usually has a gap or breaks rather quickly. This case eliminates the hinge flap mechanism that other cases has with a hard durable rubber and small magnets in the top part of the case ensuring complete closure while maintaining seamless opening of the phone. I have dropped the phone several times from 5ft+ and this case protected the phone and the case took no damage. This case fits perfectly and doesn't slide like other cases so no adhesive needed, installation was a breeze. Wireless charging works flawlessly and this case has an extremely strong magnetic making all magsafe products stay on firm and will not fall off. I use a magsafe phone stand in my cars and this phone does not go anywhere despite bumps and potholes or whatever I throw at it. In summary, this case provides amazing protection to the entire phone, the case has a premium feel that is unmatched by any case with the perfect amount of texture to provide a solid grip while maintaining smoothness. The case has a very slim profile and maintains the slimness of the fold 7 making it feel like a normal size phone with a slim case. I had been searching for a case for my new z fold 7 that was not too bulky, but still protected my phone from small drops just tin case of an accidental drop. This case is the perfect blend between protection and sleek design. I am used to buying spigen cases, but this case rivals or even surpasses spigen cases and sesign. Every time I buy a torras case I always get the same feeling. Torres has surpassed Spigen when it comes to design and build materials. This case being the only case in the market that does not use adhesive pads to keep the front screen case in place, it is amazing. The fit and feel of the case is perfect, it has a mate finish that makes bit very grippy. If you have oily hands you will leave a oil stain on the case that can be easily wipped off with a dry cloth. For regular use, the case hides fingerprints very well. The cuttouts and buttos are perfectly aligned to give access to the phone volume and power buttons. The left edge of the case where you would place your finger to gripnthe phone halves has a slight engle that allowd the user to grip the half og the phone when opening it. Without this slight angle it would be difficult to open the phone up. These are very well tought out design features, that not alot of cases has. This is why Torras is becoming the best case manufacturer in my opinion, surpassing Spigen. The price of the case kept me away from it for some time. I was hoping to find something a little less expensive, but the I can see why the price is where its at. The price definitely reflects the quality and design of the case. I tried a bunch of magsafe accessories and they all work perfectly, even when wirelessly charging. I highly recommend this case for the Z fold 7 and any other torras brand cases. I bought this case after reading a review from a longtime Z Fold user who explained the problems he’d had with other brands and said this was the best case he’d owned for one of his Z Folds. After using it for a few weeks myself, I’m happy to say I love it too. One of my favorite things is that the front panel doesn’t come with a built-in screen protector. I also really appreciate that you don’t need adhesive strips inside the case to keep it from shifting around. It simply clips on securely and stays in place. The material feels great—smooth without being slippery, sturdy without feeling stiff. It’s comfortable to hold and still maintains good grip, even if your hands are wet or slightly moist. It also isn’t bulky. It’s not ultra-thin, but it doesn’t hide how impressively slim the Z Fold 7 is either. Design-wise, it’s well thought out. The front panel has a slight lip to keep the screen from touching surfaces when the phone is placed face down. The spine is protected by a flap that moves easily and resets perfectly when you fold the phone, without getting in the way. My only small complaint is that I wish the volume buttons were covered with TPU like some other cases, but it’s not a big enough issue to take away a star. Overall, this is an excellent case. It’s surprisingly hard to find a truly solid case for this phone, and if you’ve been searching, this one is absolutely worth getting. ... show more

Pros: Nice looking case with decent protection. Cons: Scratched the hinge on my phone severely, and too pricey. I am extremely disappointed that this expensive case damaged my expensive phone. Torras if you are going to use hinge protection, you should do further testing!

I’ve used a lot of cases for foldables, including the TORRAS for Fold 6, and let me tell you, this new TORRAS for the Fold 7 is the real deal. Right out of the box, the first thing that hits you is the comfortable hand feel. They nailed the ergonomics here. It’s got this premium, almost silky, non-slip grip that feels fantastic and secure, so you don't feel like you’re constantly juggling an expensive slab of glass. I can hold this thing for hours—watching videos, scrolling, texting one-handed—and my hand doesn't get cramped. It adds no bulk while somehow making the phone feel more solid and easier to manage. If you hate that "brick" feeling most protective cases give you, this one will blow you away; it’s like a custom-fit glove that allows the devices design to shine.     • Okay case but not for me

My 2 main complaints about this case are the lack of grip and the strength of the Magsafe magnet. There is almost no grip at all, it feels really slippery in your hands. The Magsafe magnet is not strong at all and will not keep the phone attached to my car mount. Even a small bump is enough to dislodge the phone from the mount. Also, if I open the phone while on the mount to use the larger screen for gps, the phone spins on the mount. I have a Speigen case that holds so much better. I do like the way this case secures to the phone and the beefy hinge protector. If the Magsafe magnet was as strong as the Speigen case I'd have given it 4 stars and kept using it but it's back to Speigen for me. ... show more

It's a nice case with hinge protection, as expected from Torres its solid. Magnet is strong, supports magsafe charging. Looks great.. but its a bit of a fingerprint magnet on the back. The hinge protector makes a cracking sound every time I open the inner screen which makes me nervous every time. It's caused by the front piece rubbing the hinge panel not the phone. But it still makes me nervous. The front protector is nice and thick enough without being too thick and the overall keeps the thin form factor of the phone. Using gestures from the left side is slightly more difficult due to the front protector as well. I'm not sure how long I'll use the case for due to the above but overall it is a good solid case. ... show more
