I wrote a question on this product 3 days ago but ignore it. I camt edit it, i apologize. It did not fail after 6 days. The issue was, amd you have to take note of this. Is your phone FULL. If not, the charging of both your phone and case will be VERY slow as there is no "fast charging" on the case which I found out later and is in the description. Thats where it dawned on my that the case isn't the problem, you just have to plan accordingly and expect it to charge slow. For me, I pull the phone out, fast charge it. Then once full, throw on the case and let then enjoy personal time together which the case gets warmed up embracing their love. Now if you have a dead phone and a dead case, your looking at 3x the wait. Not only capacity but the power divides between the battery pack and your phine making it 15mAh slow. But the slow charging is fine as its the best we have given the technology. Phone has appx 5000 mAh and the case has 10,000 mAh. Thats why I said, fast charge the phone OUTSIDE of the case in 45min. Then let the case do its thing. The case can take literally hours and I'm not telling you this lightly. 3-5hrs isnt unusual with a charged phone. Even longer end if your phone is dead. Now, thats the worst part. Just use your brain. For me what i do is when away from charger, and phone drops to 60% I turn case on. Once back at 99%-100% i keep case off until your phone starts to drop back again. For me, let's get this straight. This case has a specific duty, to CHARGE the phone. Its thick, so what? If you want pretty, cute, lightweight, fun and flowers, buy a case designed for that. I'm tired of people reading, seeing the obvious then get it and say "duh its heavy". Yes, have you ever picked up a car battery? Theyre heavy. This has equivalent to two extra phone batteryea which is the heaviest part of the phone. Oh no, the ohine now weighs 1lb!!! The sky is falling. Well for those who are so weak 1lb is too heavy, they can take a sheet of paper to cover their phone. That'll be super light for them. Me, I dont mind. I live next to the border to Mexico. I get tired of carrying a battery bank and cables. This means all this extra crap is head ily ANYWAYS. When my phone is roaming in MX, as im heavily using social media, watching videos, etc it KILLS battery. The issue, I want to enjoy a nice cold beer or a few hots of tequila over looking the busy street on the bar/grill patio while on my phone. If not extra battery, I'm screwed. How am i screwed? That would depend on the context. I could miss the opportunity of a beautiful woman phone number bc of a dead phone. Or my life could legitimately be in danger and being on the phone as yiu run, hide, use maps, etx is important. Very important. You never know. For me, I love the case so much as I no longer need power banks and USBC wires in my pockets WITH my personal and work phones. This battery last me the whole night. I literally can be on the phone on social media from 8pm until 5am and still have 1.5 dots out of 4 left. Uh yea, great life. Then once home I throw on the charger. The slow charger doesnt matter bc your eyes are closed sleeping. I actually bought my little 7yr old one too. That kod is ON his phone. No more power banks for him either as I shop, or wait for an oil change. His is the same with time and size. If a 7yr old can handle it, then I'm not sure what these grown adults were expecting. You can clearly see its larger. Here are a few photos. The apple is an iPhone in an Otterbox defender case. Their largest one. Look closely. These battery cases are a little larger but again, do want tough case like an indestructible Otterbox Defender case but not other features, or a tiny pretty little thin case bc your a man with very small feminine hands and fits better for you, or a heavier battry case bc I can't stand my phone dying when I'm not near a plug and need power. Do what fits you. This fits me 100%. I dont care about bulky as I put it on my pocket, shut up, and move on with my life. Its not THAT big. I can see the women maybe. But perhaps the men must wear purses as thats their choice, but everyone else has a wallet.and wallets can be a little heavy/bulky so i dont understand the "ewww, it so biiiiiiig" men posting when we all know it is what it is? A battery case. Also its not a king Kong Mickey Mouse and Goofy phone case. Its a case with electronics. If youre that dumbfounded and braindead where you drop your phone, I wouldnt recommend it. TL:DR -- [15 month later edits in brackets] Loved the customer service! Prompt and courteous Lasts for at least 3 days (I've not pushed it beyond that) Heavy to hold, but isn't accidentally dropped off a counter or other surface. I have the "charges by wireless" version, but haven't tried that. [edit: new case stopped transferring high-speed charging like the very first one after 15 months. I bought a new one that is only 4800 Ah and we'll see how long it lasts] Review -- I have never had an external battery that charged my phone before but I read the initial reviews for the Ultra and battery life was something that came up. So when I bought the phone I bought this case as well. It's heavy: If that's an issue, this won't work for you but I became adjusted to it as its weight means it tends to stay where you put it and it's not easily knocked off. [still true and after having the phone out of the case I realized just how useful this is] I love that being absent-minded, I can have a charge that would last me 3 days forgetting to charge it at night. **Customer service was excellent.** Two conversations and they realized there was an issue. It wasn't passing the high-speed charging through to the phone when I plugged it in anymore. What I didn't know was that the unit wasn't working right from the start. It was only charging at a little over 300mA. They sent me a new one that arrived fast and when I plugged the phone in, it charged at over 1300mA. That's when I realized that the first one was bad to start with. [Edit: The new case lasted 15 months almost from the original purchase date and then it started doing what the first one did. (stopped transferring the highspeed charging through to the phone) I decided that I wanted to try the 4800 Ah battery so that it's not quite so heavy and just bought another one. The old 10,000 Ah battery case will still charge the phone but at a very slow 300mA speed and will no longer transfer the high-speed charging through to the phone once the case battery is fully charged.] ... show more

This case slow charges the phone and does not fast charge. Not a big problem in itself but considering how massive the battery is in the S22 Ultra makes it kind of annoying. Its heavy and thick but those 4 things are the only bad things in my opinion about this case. The good with this case is that it isnt a massive chongus like the zero lemon case, and it actually does a good job of covering every piece of the phone and it isn't hard to put on. I feel its worth the price just for the fact it will charge your phone while its in your pocket and you can still use wireless charging. ... show more

Great so far. I bought 2 of these. Keep one on my phone and the other plugged into a wall charging. I never need to plug my phone into a wall outlet anymore so it's well worth the purchase for me. Protects decently. I accidentally dropped my phone hard from around 5 ft and it protected it well. But I wouldn't expect the phone to survive a rough drop if it lands on the topside of the case. I got the 10,000 mAh. It says it provides 150% of battery charging, which is probably true if you are not using your phone. I'm getting around 100% charge while using my phone constantly. It charges slow but does not overheat my phone like faster chargers do. It is big, bulky, and heavy. That's a big negative but I have full confidence that I could take out Satan by throwing this phone at him. My big complaint is that the case is slippery. I fixed it by applying rubberized grip tape and I have no issues now. But it seems like you can't buy a battery case without it feeling like you're holding a bar of soap. I feel like one of these companies need to step up and make a case with good grip. If you keep taking your phone out of the case, it'll probably ruin your plastic screen protector. Last note. The input charging on this battery is 5v 1.5A.... Be careful recharging the battery using stronger chargers. Stronger chargers will probably ruin the battery over time. Esperaba con ansias que me llegara este producto. En cuanto lo recibí, probé si tenia carga presionando el botón que muestra mediante leds si esta completa de carga y mostró que estaba cargada con sus 4 luces blancas. Luego busque el manual, para leer como conectarla y cargarla y evitar problemas de manipulación. Asi que siguiendo los pasos monte el móvil dentro de la carcasa, con mucho cuidado según las instrucciones. Resultado, no se cargaba el móvil. Repetí nuevamente conectarlo y seguía son cargar. Probé conectar cargar el móvil usando el puerto de carga que ofrece la carcasa y el móvil comenzó a cargarse, también la carcasa, mostraba que cogía algo de carga pues el ultimo led (4) se ponía en intermitente. Deduzco que rellenando un poco mas su carga. Después de varios minutos, quite el cable para comprobar si la carcasa brindaría algo de carga al móvil que apenas estaba al 50% de carga, pero nada. Realice otro prueba mas, que fue cargar el móvil junto a la carcasa en esta ocasión con un cargador inalámbrico. Resultados, el móvil se cargaba y la carcasa también, mostrando que funcionaba esa carga también, juntos los dos. Los deje un buen tiempo cogiendo carga, y luego al quitarlo del cargador inalámbrico, la carcasa siguió sin dar señales de carga al móvil por si sola. Llegando a la conclusión, que la carcasa estaba bien conectada al móvil, a través de ella funcionaba la carga alambrica e inalámbrica, pero le fue imposible de brindarle carga a mi móvil. Al día siguiente después de las pruebas la devolví, y estoy a la espera de recibir la devolución del dinero. Espero salga algún otro modelo pues necesito carga extra y me gustaría que se integrara a mi móvil como esta. Espero haberles sido útil. I was looking forward to this product. As soon as I received it, I tested if it had a charge by pressing the button that shows by LEDs if it is fully charged and it showed that it was charged with its 4 white lights. Then look for the manual, to read how to connect and charge it and avoid handling problems. So following the steps mount the mobile inside the case, very carefully according to the instructions. Result, the mobile did not charge. I repeated connecting it again and it continued without charging. I tried to connect to charge the mobile using the charging port offered by the case and the mobile began to charge, also the case, it showed that it was taking some charge because the last led (4) began to flash. I deduce that by filling his load a little more. After several minutes, I removed the cable to see if the case would provide some charge to the mobile that was barely 50% charged, but nothing. I did another test, which was to charge the mobile next to the case, this time with a wireless charger. Results, the mobile was charged and the casing too, showing that this charge also worked, both together. I left them for a long time taking charge, and then when removing it from the wireless charger, the case continued without giving charging signals to the mobile by itself. Coming to the conclusion that the case was well connected to the mobile, the wired and wireless charging worked through it, but it was impossible to provide charging to my mobile. The next day after the tests I returned it, and I am waiting to receive the money back. The case itself weighs the same as the phone which this is already one of the heaviest phones out right now. So it is definitely a commitment to have a whole pound extra in your pocket. When using this I'd say it's better if you keep your phone in a backpack or something rather than your pocket I find it quite inconvenient wearing shorts and specially being in hot climates it's really annoying both the weight and the extra heat when charging. Also for me that 18w fast charger doesn't want to work and at a normal charging speed it seems to take 4-6 hours to fully charge from dead. I did decide to test at a theme park recently and whether it was uploading to social media or just taking pictures and videos as well as some light editing of videos I pretty much had constant screen on time for like 12 hours straight and by the end of the day the battery Bank was dead and my phone still had like 20%, with what I would consider very normal typical use this is like a 3 Day battery life or a very intensive day. My final thoughts would be this is great for like a vacation or a day where you plan on constantly using your phone like for pictures or videos or something and you'll have long periods unable to charge but for like an everyday typical situation of using this this is just way too much extra bulk which gets very uncomfortable in your pocket. ... show more
