One of the few cases that has the inner lip where the edge meets the screen, rolled and not a razor sharp edge. I had a few other cases and because the edges were razor sharp, it scratched the stainless steel edge of my 12 Pro Max getting it out of the case. This case is nice because they are soft edges. The translucent back seems to stain easily after 1 week. However, this isn't a big deal because I cut a custom cut piece of wood vinyl and put it over the back. This case is awesome. I don’t like the bulky cases, but I’m clumsy so I wanted something that would protect my phone. I’ve had this on my phone for 2.5yrs now, both of my toddlers have straight up YEETED the phone several feet away onto concrete, asphalt, wood flooring, hospital linoleum, each other's heads, etc., and it has stood the test of time (and toddlers). I have bought other products form Torras before. So when I needed a new case for my iphone, while looking at the 1000's of cases, I saw Torras. I said to myself oh that is who I use as my screen protector too and have gotten other cases from them before. They always put quality in all their products and also care about their products. They make sure their products perform their intended use. So with this last purchase I had a minor issue with one of the buttons on the case. I contacted the company and it states they will be in touch in 24 hours. I was second guessing this, since so difficult to find decent customer service or any customer service today anywhere. And within 24 hours! They did, I was shocked. Extremely customer service oriented too!!! Torras also not only taking care of this issue, but also sending me the part express mail! Also just you can tell they really care about their products and their customers. Many car dealerships should take lessons from Torras lol !!! Just wanted all to know they are a solid company doing good!!! And did this review knowing their products are excellent , but after dealing with this issue that is after a purchase, forced me to give them a review.
