I never write reviews for anything I buy but yet this stands out. Bought my iPhone 12 pro in October of 2020, installed this screen protector immediately. I have not removed it since and it is now September 2023. There is one small scratch on the protector and other than that it is flawless (better the protector than the phone screen!). It has not lifted at all or cracked in the 3 years I have had it on. I originally went with this protector as it is very seamless and hard to tell that it is actually on the phone. I've fooled multiple friends into thinking I didn't have a protector on as it is so hidden and clear to see through. I will definitely be buying another one of these protectors for my iPhone 15 pro when it arrives! ... show more

Opened the box and initially thought something was wrong as there was no cutout for the speaker at then top of the phone. Then realized the actual screen protectors were not included and only the bottom portion that the screen protector was supposed to be adhered to. Also missing one alcohol wipe. Box was not sealed so I assume someone opened it and used the screen protectors before being shipped to me. Had to put my old cracked screen protector back on which obviously look way worse than before. Maybe this is a one off but buyer beware if your box is not sealed. Assume there would be better quality control given that Torras is much more expensive than most other options. UPDATE 7/13/22 Subsequent to my return and review, TORRAS customer service reached out multiple times. It was great to see a brand proactively messaged in a friendly and helpful manner. Because I did not respond right away, TORRAS reached out a number of times offering to assist and send a new screen protector. Given that I purchased a screen protector from another brand, I declined the offer but said I would review if one was sent. That said, based on the reviews, I’m assuming they are good screen protectors. Updating my rating due to great customer service. UPDATE 8/17/22 I believe I figured out the issue. The initial order I received was not in a sealed box. It sounds like it might have been a return from a previous customer that used the screen protectors and then returned to Amazon. Rather than returning to TORRAS, I was sent the already used item. It seems this is what most likely occurred as the replacement I received from TORRAS was in a sealed package. TORRAS customer service is amazing. The replacement was free with expedited shipping. The person helping me (Mona) was super responsive and very friendly. She really seemed to care and wanted to make sure the experience I had was great. I did install the screen protector and it is an improvement over the previous one I had. I am so glad that I chose to buy this screen protector! My phone fell off the counter and landed hard on the floor. The good news is that the TORRAS Diamond Shield Screen Protector did its job and protected my phone from being damaged. The bad news was the screen protector was now cracked and I now had to find out if the TORRAS company would honor their warranty. I never should have worried! They responded to my inquiry on the same day I sent it and I had a new screen protector in less than a week! With what cell phones cost these days, I am so glad to have mine fully protected again! UPDATE: May 26, 2022 I finally dropped my phone face down on asphalt, and after the initial shock and fear of seeing cracks all across my screen, I nervously peeled off the screen protector to joyfully find that it did the job! As you can see from my third picture, the cracks were absorbed by the screen protector, but my actual phone is scratch free! I can't ask for anything more, and have already ordered another set of these protectors to replace the damaged one with! I highly recommend these! INITIAL REVIEW: This is the second set of screen protectors I've bought in my quest for a scratch-free (and bubble free) experience. I had decent exceptions for this one since it had a bubble removal tool, and a fit guide. The fitting guide was a nice touch and really did help to align the protector easily, however once the protector began adhering to the phone, the dreaded bubbles started appearing. As before, I followed all instructions, washing my hands, using the alcohol and dry wipes, removing particles with the dust sticker, nothing seems to remove those bubbles. With the bubble in the upper-right portion of the screen, it is dark enough to be distracting with a light background (see the second picture) and it won't budge regardless of how hard I push with the bubble scraping tool. I guess I'm just unlucky with these things... Never-the-less, the anti-glare is a nice touch and this is the most "form fitting" and smooth protector I've used. If I could get it to adhere without any bubbles, it would be an instant 5 stars. If you're skilled at installing these protectors, get this one for your iPhone 12. ... show more
