This is a beautiful coat. The wool blend is soft and of good quality. It has two generous inside pockets, hand pockets and an outside breast pocket. The breast pocket and the vents on the back are basted closed with thread so you need to cut the thread to open them up. I view this as a sign of good quality as it's also common when you buy a good suit. The fit is very nice, not too boxy. My first order was too large for me (the size recommended by Amazon based on my order history). Return was easy and delivery of the replacement was very fast. They also include a nice wooden hanger for the coat with the order. London Fog is a well known quality brand. The price is incredibly good. I have a similar coast in a different color from another excellent brand that cost over twice as much. I prefer this one. ... show more

My husbands new favorite coat. It looks great on him size wise and style wise. It’s a bit pricey but honestly feels and looks worth the money. The color is nice. The inner lining is a satin type material, I think he would’ve preferred a warmer material for the cold months but overall was still pretty warm. Not sure about it being water proof - we haven’t had rain since November, lol. Sizing was a little hard to get right for someone who’s never been measured for this type of coat but just do some research you’ll be ok! ... show more

I was concerned about the sleeve length from the size chart info provided by the seller. "NO WORRIES!" I unpackaged the topcoat, tried it on and the 42R fit like it was "tailored for me!" It's definitely a classic fit as opposed to slim or modern, so it is a little more boxy than those other styles but that's necessary if you want to wear a sweater under it.
