When I looked at these for the first time, the lenes were BLUE! That was wrong, they should be orange like it shows in the photo. However, when I held them up and looked directly through the lenes, the, by gosh, turned orange. Amazing. Yep, the attenuate the blue from my monitor to cut down on my eye strain, and they make everything crystal clear. I was also amused by the fact that these were shipped all the way from China. You would think that the shipping would be enough to kill the profit (for me, the shipping was free).

I am very happy with these glasses because they are sturdy and comfortable. A person giving another review said that she received two pair that were a different strength than the other two she received. All 3 of mine were as I ordered. The arms of the glasses are just the right size, not too narrow and not too wide. I like that they don't have separate eye pads that can dig into the upper nose. They have molded plastic there to hold them in place but don't leave red marks. The pattern on the arms look very nice with the solid color around the lenses on the front. The lens part is narrow enough that I can look over them for distance if I want to leave them on. They are the size of standard reading glasses. They're a good price for the quality, and look so nice that I've ordered another set in one prescription higher than my last for doing close-up work.

The price of these is great but I don't think they are as sturdy as ones I've bought elsewhere. I like the fact that they also come with cases. I don't regret purchasing them because I don't use them every day. I'm not sure how well they'd hold up if I were using them all the time, but again, can't beat the price.

I’m new to wearing glasses so don’t have much experience. I bought a pair from the dollar tree, and an expensive pair from an eyeglass retail site. The expensive pair frame broke after about three uses, and the dollar tree ones don’t have great lenses and only go as low as +1 when I really need a +.5 or .75. These glasses are a comparable lens and look to the expensive ones, but hold up much better. Plus, the matching holders are really nice to have! At just a slightly higher price than the dollar tree, I’ll definitely keep getting these ones as my vision decreases ;)

The readers just came today. I was wearing my last pair that I had to use scotch tape to hold them together. These 3 readers came a day early, they are comfortable, lightweight and very clear and a true 1.25. I don't know how sturdy they are yet...but I got 3 for the price I usually pay for one. I have a small head, being a small lady. I was not sure bout ordering on line....but being home bound now, had no choice. Glad I did ! I will wait a week and order another set if all goes well. I totally recommend these readers. Thank you for my delivery during this hard time...I so appreciate it !!!! Happy Easter and Happy Passover to all !
