The media could not be loaded. I took a big risk buying a couch off an Amazon with no reviews but the sellers was super helpful and they sent me non professional photos of the couch. The video and photo were taken a day and a half after putting it together. Overall I’m happy with it especially for the price. The delivery came within the week of ordering- it was in 3 boxes and the seller messaged me 3 tracking numbers. The installation took less than an hour (super easy). There was a ripe in the back but it’s the back so no one is going to see it. I love the beige color it goes with my flooring. The seat cushion are very firm but I don’t mind. Back cushions are soft. All the cushions have velcro so they stay in place. You can take the fabric out from the seat cushion so you can wash them. The ottoman is a little small, so if you’re trying to the chaise it may look off (see video) but it’s Velcro so it doesn’t really move. It’s not super big but perfect for my small apartment. The sofa is very comfortable. I like how neat and simple it looks. It's very sturdy and firm and it's been around about 2 weeks since I've had the sofa and I've seen no problems whatsoever. It was delivered on time and the packaging was great.
