I wanted to give this less stars because the photos makes this look like ones that are advertised as about 3 inches thick and this is just not like pictured, I measured and the bevel side is 2 inches. The pictures make this look thicker and with more filling that the actual case. After sleeping on it for a week or two, it does make my bed somewhat more comfortable, but was disappointed at first. Keep in mind that this is going to be more like a thick loosely filled comforter and maybe you won't be disappointed as I was. I hoped that this would have more filling and be somewhat more supportive but that is not the case. My mind was boggled by looking at the huge amount of these on offer, and thought I ordered one with cotton fabric--but this is not, but fabric is nice, it looks nice and seems to be well constructed. Cooling? I did not believe any of these would deliver on this "cooling" claim, so was not disappointed in that I do not notice any "cooling" going on, but do not notice it being very hot to sleep on in summer which is what I worried about with memory foam. My bed (purchased in 2020 during early days of pandemic also from Amazon) is in pretty good shape still, just never has been as comfortable as I liked, it is too firm, and have been using two of those cheap foam sheets. This is certainly better than that. My problem was pressure points especially on my hips and after a few days I did notice that was less of an issue. If your mattress however is in bad shape with sagging etc.--this is a lot of money to spend for something that I don't think will really help. I put this thing in the dryer on low or just air for hours when I first got it, and even then it did not fully fluff up for a couple of days. I don't even know how I would be able to send this back because of the size after it gains its shape--but I'm keeping it because it is pretty comfortable to sleep on, wish it had more filling but it is good enough so will just keep it.

This was’t near as puffy as I expected it to be. That said, I bought a very firm mattress a few months ago and it was putting pressure on my body. This does take the pressure off noticeably. I get hot easily but I don’t feel like this makes me any hotter than usual. It seemed decently priced on prime day and I’m glad I purchased it on a whim.

I always buy mattress covers to protect my mattresses so when I tell you this was a great purchase I totally mean it. I washed it before putting on the bed and it washed well. No super absorption in the wash cycle that makes it hard to dry, no melting in the dryer. It’s the Goldilocks of mattress covers… just right.

I have purchased two of these so I can remake the bed as soon as I remove the soiled cover. These are much easier to launder than the thick padded mattress covers. Even able to launder in same load with the sheets.. mattress is completely protected from spouses accidents.

As far as being a comfy mattress topper, it's great! DON'T dry it in the dryer (even tho it says low heat dry on tag)--the mesh melted when I did it, even though I checked on it. As far as being cooling, I didn't really experience that. It's why I bought it; however, it's so comfortable, I'm planning to keep it anyway
