This item was actually really good, I don't know why some people say it's not sturdy like it wobbles, maybe they built it wrong ?? but that wasn't the case for me, I would've like the cat little box beds to be bigger but my baby would rather sleep on my bed or the outer part of it anyways for the night so if you have a chunky cat this may not be as good for you, but my little baby is tiny. it's also a really good height which I didn't expect, the string for the balls seemed to have got ripped easily by my cat so those are off now but she uses them still as a toy, so it still counts for something lol. overall I'm satisfied though and my little fur baby seems to be satisfied too. ... show more

This product was pretty difficult to put together. They make it seem easier than it is. And then, once we finally got to the end, we discovered that we were missing 2 key parts! Ugh. So, I had to contact the seller and ask them to send me the missing parts. They said they would, and that we should get then within 3-5 business days once shipped. So, here's hopin! The media could not be loaded. My cat’s old scratching post needed an replacement desperately so I decided to instead give her what I thought would be an upgrade! Aside from my perfectionist-self not loving the hardware that is clearly visible after putting it together *see photo*, it’s not bad!! It did take a while to put together but it wasn’t complicated. I just put on a tv show and built it while watching one night. I like that it’s taller since my cat likes vertical scratching and she loves hammocks and the toys dangling so this was the best option I found in pink (since that’s the color I was hoping for). It is a bit wobbly, likely because the diagonal scratching area at the bottom doesn’t connect to the bottom of the structure in its entirety *see video*. It’s connected at the top but the bottom moves. I’m still trying to get my cat to understand that this is the replacement to her old post and that she’ll get treats if she scratches it, but for the most part she hasn’t used this product at all unfortunately :/ I think just because she’s spoiled with a window hammock already. I don’t think it’s due to anything with the cat tower. Hopefully I can get her to use it more and more :) ... show more

Pretty sturdy for the money. Came with good instructions which most of these don't come with any at all. Easy to assemble and my cat loves it! Probably going to get another one for a different window he can look out of too.

I got this for my pet rats. They love to climb on things. First off it was easy to put together and didn't take much time. They love to climb up and curl up on the different levels. The only thing I would say for rats is, not as easy to clean. I use white vinegar and water mixture with a rag.
