The blanket is well made and the stitching on the blanket allows the weight to be evenly distributed throughout the blanket. I always wanted a weighted blanket, but they are quite expensive. I decided to try my luck on Amazon for a cheaper price..and so far I've bought two of these. The first one for me and I loved it so much that I got another one for my mom. I can't even begin to describe how warm, safe and peaceful this blanket makes me feel. In fact I daydream of my bed all day long at work lol. I purchased the queen 20lb blanket for both and I've recommended them to several people. So if you are wondering if this is worth the money..just buy it! You won't be disappointed!! It is very well made, very even with its weight and stays put all night long. I can't give this enough stars. I sleep like a princess now.

My kids all have one, and now I finally do too! I think it really does improve my sleep and it feels great on. Weight is evenly distributed per each sewn square. It is very heavy to move around, so I'd consider what size weight you can maneuver around easily. I tend to be cold at night and this is not keeping me warm so I do have to add extra blankets for that.

I was told about this by a coworker that it helps him with anxiety being heavy. I ordered the 20 lb one and instantly felt the solid heaviness of as I lifted upon being delivered. It felt like a large bean bag and it was heavier than I thought. I instantly thought I would sweat all night long. But I didn't. It really holds you do in a good way and it is very calming to have that weight evenly distributed. It's not a large down comforter. It's literally 1/2" thick.

Got this as a gift for my boyfriend, and now he does not wanna part with it. I love that it’s washable, although the label recommends not washing it often and rather putting a duvet cover on it. We have not used to duvet cover on this since buying it and have washed it twice with no problems.

He absolutely loved it till he got out of it then he let my four-year-old use it and my four-year-old woke up in the middle of the night crying because he felt like he couldn't move. He had a pretty bad experience that night, it is very small probably the size of a medium male T-shirt.
