I love this slinky blanket. It's super cool almost gym short material on one side, and the other is more of a soft cottony fabric. I'm glad I got the one sided cooling blanket as I occasionally wake up chilly in early morning and need to flip it to the regular side. For real, it does the job of cooling me down when I'm asleep because I'm not waking up sweating anymore! Granted, I did buy a set of the pillow cases as well! I ordered this blanket because I am almost always hot when I sleep. The blanket is more like a heavy sheet versus a blanket. It has a cool side and a warm side. I feel like I get tangled up in it at night because the layers of the blanket slide on each other. The cool side stays cool for a little while and if you readjust the blanket a bit you can get cool again but cooling sensation does not last. Blanket had a weird smell (almost smelled like stink bugs) when I opened it. Overall better than the blanket I had previously but not good enough for a 5 star rating. ... show more
