It takes a bit of practice to get the shape just right—my first attempt was a little bulky. But once you get the hang of it, it's surprisingly easy. You just press it into the space, bite down gently to get the impression, and let it harden. It snaps in place firmly without any glue, which is amazing. The best tip is staining it. I used strong black tea for a few minutes to match the slightly off-white color of my natural teeth, and the match was pretty decent. It's not dentist-perfect, but for a photo or a meeting, it's absolutely fantastic. It feels secure enough for talking and even eating soft foods.
