  • Learn how to use these properly ! it takes time but it's worth it Learn how to use these properly ! it takes time but it's worth it
It took a long time to master how to make these for my mouth and my teeth but once I did get it down I think that they work very well to make my teeth and smile look better I don't have any missing teeth in the front on the top but these make my teeth bright white and very straight and I like that make sure to not use a lot of the plastic beads less is more I repeat less is more you can trim off the excess the less you use with beads the easier it will be to learn how to speak with them without having a speech impediment make sure to get them pressed in really good so they don't slip out using mirror when putting them in and do not get any on the front because once the beads get melted on good they're on good. Another tip is try using a hot blow dryer and remember that if you get them in properly people won't notice unless you tell them more unless they know you but just try it out and see how you like it and don't feel like everyone can tell because I think they look good and my teeth aren't even that bad I just like them. I can make them with barely any beads and have it to where they just click right in I take them out when I'm eating and I just really like stick them in my pocket or something or down my blouse LOL and then I can go and mouthwash brush my teeth and then go put them back in in the bathroom whatever and no one really notices but I think they kind of give my smile a very classy bright makeover. They do get kind of gross like ewe if you don't take care of them brush them remove them when you eat although I can eat with them in my mouth if I wanted to I just don't so that you don't get gross I would buy a couple pairs if I were you if you end up liking them but it just takes a little bit of trial and error some people like the the color that's slightly less white myself I prefer the extra extra bright white I mean who wouldn't want a bright bright smile but it is outrageously bright like that Friends episode. It took me years before I figured out how to get them looking how I like them and still they are only temporary so I make them when I lose them and I also make them when they need to be replaced so it's not a permanent thing whatsoever nor is it something that you should wear all the time just maybe like you know special occasions or what not you know and I would definitely take them out if you're going to do like a deep makeup session LOL but I don't know that's up to you. I could go on for days about tips on how to make these right for your teeth and another tip that I would give is that I take a Dremel and I slightly Dremel back Dremel a little bit of the teeth it's themselves off of the back to make them fit closer to my teeth but you want to make sure to not Dremel and remove very much of the teeth between where the teeth come together because they will break off and you will have two pieces instead of one which are more difficult to make into a nice solid removable temporary dental piece so lightly Dremel the inside part of each tooth before you put on the beads. Any missing teeth that you have take advantage of that and use that as a way to anchor it in better if you know what I mean . Every little bit of space counts when you're making one of these it can be just a fraction of a centimeter that makes them look like horse teeth in your mouth like way too big or looking like maybe you just got your lips done like some Botox so just remember like every single fraction of an inch on the front makes a difference between it and looking like horse either regular teeth I know I repeated that but that's a really important part so good luck with your teething adventure if you will. Don't give up trying and use your mirror use your mirror and of course you got brush for brush really really good first they go on better dry the wetness from the water when you put it in the boiling water and then you try to put them on the water will actually make them not adhere whereas a blow dryer is going to dry them off and make them stick better okay I think I've thought of enough tips for you to have success again good luck ... show more

  • Waste of money and time!! Ripoff!
I recently had a 3 tooth bridge come out. It consisted of one of my front top teeth and the 2 teeth next to it. I cant afford to buy 3 individual teeth implants so after watching this products video and reviewing it, it seemed like an easy, inexpensive, temporary fix. It says in the instructions that you can use this for replacing just one missing tooth or several such as in my case. The first thing I found out was that after you dump the beads into the boiling water and they turn clear and you fish them out with a spoon, the texture is soft like it shows but there is no "sticky" to it AT ALL. The fake teeth sent with the kit are super micro thin practically flat. The video shows him cut off 1 of the fake teeth, ball up a very small amount of the "softened bead material" and applies it onto the back of the fake tooth then he just sticks it into the space where he's missing a tooth and it fits perfectly and stays put. No way that will work. If you still have part of your tooth root in your gums, there wont be a way to push this thing up into a hole because there's not going to be a hole to push it into. Or if you broke your tooth off and you had a dentist pull the rest of it out, the dentist is going to close the hole with a couple stitches and in 1-2 weeks there wont be a hole anymore. This softened material doesn't stick to your gums nor does it stick to the backs of the teeth on both sides of it, nor does it stick to the back of the fake tooth like they state in the instructions. Yes it will harden back up once it gets cold but again, no stickiness to use it as adhesive. I got no use out of it at all and ended up throwing it all in the trash. Dont waste your hard earned money on this junk! ... show more

  • This is the best replacement tooth on the market,
This saved my smile! The tooth rite next to my front tooth broke out from a root canal that was done badly. It looked horrible the gap between my front tooth and canine tooth was huge, my tooth broke off close to the gum line, there wasn't much tooth left at all, and what was left was brown and black from decay, it looked horrible! loosing my front tooth greatly lowered my self esteem, in so many ways. I didn't want to go anywhere, or talk at all, it even affected my speech a little bit.And because of the covid-19 pandemic I can not find a dentist at all, even the few that are open for emergencies were either booked or would not accept me, because I wasn't their patient. So I went online looking for a temporary tooth. I ordered 4 different products from Amazon at the same time. I waited till I received them all and then I went to work trying each one, hoping to get my smile and confidence back. The other 3 products were just the melting beads with different tools and directions, you have to be some what artsy craftsy to make the melted bead puddy look like a tooth, and fit properly before it hardens. I'm really into arts and crafts, and I couldn't do it, plus all the tooth material from all 3 sets were all way to white and did not match my other teeth and your could totally tell it was a fake tooth. But this set was the easiest and by far the best I was able to color match my teeth, then I found one that looked very similar to my original missing tooth, cut it out filed it to make it perfect. Melted down the bonding beads in water, stuck a little goin to the back of the tooth and stuck it in the missing tooth spot. I pushed the tooth into my gum line, I bit down, so that I would have a comfortable fit with my mouth closed. I used my finger and my tongue to smooth out the back, once I got it in the place I wanted, and made it feel as natural as I could, I let it set in my mouth for a little over 20 minutes without moving or talking to make sure it set correctly. After that I took it out, put it back in and went to show my room mates my new tooth. Everyone myself included says you can't tell that puts fake at all. I love this product. I have had my tooth for about 2 weeks and it's still perfect. Here are a couple too tips don't sleep with your tooth in, you could swallow or in your sleep, or mess it up if you grind your teeth at night. 2. Don't eat with your tooth, I have forgot that I had the same tooth in a couple times and have started to eat with it. Each time after a couple bites the tooth comes out, and I have almost swallowed it on now than 1 occasion lol. But if you have a good fit like I do you will have no problem drinking with your tooth from a straw or a cup. It may take a few trys before you get your tooth fitted just rite, but that's the great thing about this material is you mess up just put it back in hot water and do it again. And the product can be used over and over and over again. Thank you so much for such a great product, this product saved my life ... show more

  • Don't waste your money
Complete garbage and mostly not useful to anybody. These are one of those tooth scams that pray upon people. If they were thin you could use them for a veneer but they have this weird fat lump on the back. If there were a little thicker they could be used to replace a completely missing tooth but they are neither of these things and they are quite useless. I am a super crafty person who can make just about anything work but whoever made these know that they're useless but sells them for profit anyway. ... show more

  • Surprisingly Useful… and Weirdly Hil
Okay, let me be real — buying a temporary tooth kit online already feels like stepping into an alternate universe, but the whole process was even more bizarre in the best way. The product itself works exactly as described. The fitting beads melt easily, the temporary teeth actually look decent once trimmed, and it saved me from feeling self-conscious while I wait for a real dental appointment. For what it is, it does the job. But the WAY Amazon presents this thing? Unreal. I’m scrolling my order history and suddenly I’m greeted by a giant smiling mouth full of plastic teeth, a button asking me to “Ask Rufus” (??) for product support, and an oddly cheerful reminder that my fake teeth were “left in the mail room.” The whole layout feels absurd, like the algorithm is winking at me for even needing this. Stilll the item arrived fast, intact, and worked better than expected. Just be prepared for the existential crisis Amazon wraps it in. ... show more

  • I wish I knew about this sooner! I wish I knew about this sooner!
Thank you to the other reviewers who included pictures. I had seen this instantsmile product at the drug store and thought it looked a little silly. Looked it up and found reviews and people seemed to like it. My story: I had a bad tooth infection in 2012 when i was only 22 and I had no insurance. The dentist quoted me at $5k for a root canal and crowns, but he emphasized the urgency of taking care of this tooth because only the palate bone separated my brain from the tooth infection and it could have spread to my brain. I did not have that kind of money and was in severe pain, so for $300 he reluctantly removed the tooth. At 22, that basically ruined my confidence. I felt disfigured. But at least I was no longer in pain. I had plans to save up for an implant in the future. Over the course of 8 years, I got a good job with decent insurance. I went to at least 5 different dentists. I was quoted at around $9k to $13k for an implant depending where I went, even with good insurance. Why so expensive? Well, over the 8 years of not having a tooth, the bone eroded and now I need a bone graft as well. You can see in the photos, my canine tooth shifted a bit, leaving a gap opposite of where the removed tooth is. The problem is, I have other teeth that needed fixing and I have life expenses like paying rent and gas and groceries. Whenever I even get close to my goal for my implant, another issue comes up like i needed to spend $3k on 2 crowns and a filling one year just so I wouldn't repeat history with any other teeth. Then my car crapped out and I had to pay $1k for repairs. Whenever I asked the dentist about getting a filler tooth, they said it wouldn't be worth it and it's better to just save up for the implant. My current dentist had quoted me at about $300 for a flipper I would have to take out to sleep and eat and he said it wouldn't be worth it, just save your money. I asked about getting a bridge, he said it would be about $500-700 and I'd need to shave down the 2 surrounding teeth to anchor it. Again, he said just save for the implant. I was beginning to lose hope of ever having a nice smile again. Then I was on tiktok of all places and saw someone post about how to put fake vampire fangs over your teeth. It is similar to instant smile, where there are plastic beads that you melt with hot water then mold to fit your mouth. I'm so thankful for tiktok and so thankful for instantsmile! I'm still saving for that tooth implant, but I am glad I found this product. For just $20 I was able to make at least 6 different teeth! It took a little practice to get a tooth that looked more like a real tooth, but I'm very happy with this! A tip I want to share, use less beads. It says to use 10-15 beads, I'd say just use 10. And don't heat up the water too much. Ease the beads in on a spoon and with the middle of the bead still white, take out the beads and mold into a little ball. Then put that ball in the gap. Put the tooth you want on the ball of plastic beads once it's been melted and use your fingers and tongue to mold it better. Once it fits, go ahead and melt again just to get a better mold. Hope this helps others like it has helped restore some confidence to me! ... show more

  • Will Not Stick!
Out of all times and places I had what to me was a tragedy while on a family vacation, I lost my crown in the ocean of Destin, Florida so in panic I looked at every store on the strip with no luck of a temporary fix so I went with the next best thing!! I found on Amazon & once it arrived I spent several hours attempting and following exactly what the directions said and NO LUCK, this was a waste of of time and $ it would not stick no matter what I did or tried and it was nowhere close to a match of my teeth. I do not recommend this kit and there are much more sufficient kits out there that I have since tried! ... show more

  • Bruhhh!! Got my confidence back💪🏾 Bruhhh!! Got my confidence back💪🏾
Soul, I have been brushing my teeth every day for years and then one day I was eating, and a piece of my tooth fell off so eventually I had to just get the tooth polled and it’s literally in the front on the side and ever since then, I have never been the same my confidence with solo and I’m a person who smiles all the time I couldn’t even smile right I just felt so bad I have tried everything and nothing really worked as good as this. soul, I have been brushing my teeth every day for years and then one day I was eating, and a piece of my tooth fell off so eventually I had to just get the tooth polled and it’s literally in the front on the side and ever since then I have never been the same. My confidence was so low and I’m a person who smiles all the time I couldn’t even smile right I just felt so bad I have tried everything and nothing really worked as good as this. so I am truly going to give an honest review… This change the game… This gave me back my confidence it was not hard to do but I felt like I didn’t do it right so when you get it in the mail, you literally have to just warm up your water. You can even put it in the microwave for two or three minutes and set a few beads on a spoon and let a little bit of that water, surround the beads and cover the beads and they eventually turn clear so when they turn clear you mold them and roll them with your fingers and you stick it on the back of the plastic tooth and it attaches very well and then while it’s still hot and able to be molded, you stick it in the empty spot and then I put some more beads on the spoon and melted them and then I went to the back of the tooth and made sure I put it on the back of the tooth so that it could be held in place it seemed like it was a lot on the back of my tooth, and some of it was even pressing through my gums showing in the front, so I was not liking that too much, but I did not know what was going to happen next… So I did keep it in for about an hour and after about 40 minutes, the bees harden back up as if they were never even melted and it harden up to the shape of my teeth. Now the little bit that was pressing through my gums and showing all I did was literally peeled it off, and it came right off… This was amazing. I will tell you at first it is a little bit discouraging because you feel like you’re not doing it right but literally after I had this in my mouth for about an hour and a half it was stuck in there, and when I pulled it out, it was hardened on the back, and it was easy to pull the access adhesive I guess we can call it off I would say this is a 10 out of 10 definitely don’t give up even if you over, mold in the back just leave it you can always peel it off later and give it time even if you feel like it’s not working, it will work because it has to hard and all the way he took it about two hours to completely harden but it was definitely worth it. I have my confidence back. The tooth that I chose to use was a little bit long so when you make your purchase, it actually comes with a small file that you can actually fall down the tooth if it is canine like and you can make it square at the bottom. ... show more
