Convenient
I use this to regulate flow during a refrigerator system purge. It seems to work, but I have no flow meter so can't verify 100%. Better than letting the gas flow unrestricted, so I am happy with it.

I like the size of this device..being so small makes it very discreet and less prone to work site damage but still very fit for purpose.

Not usable, valve doesn't work
After hooking up to my tank, pressure in the gauges, no gas flows out the outlet. Changing the dial only makes gas leak out the seals.
