Quality for the price

Just got my Toocaa 20w laser the other day. Only took about an hour to assemble it. The laser itself came preassembled which is a huge plus, but the cover did not. The instructions were spot on. Might have to have someone with little fingers to plug in the LED's and handle some of the small screws but it went together just fine. Up and engraving in about 1.5 hours after opening the box. It did say it came with the air assist, but I didnt get one. Still reaching out to Toocaa to resolve the issue. Amazon wanted me to send it back to get a refund, I said no. I'll wait until Toocaa reaches out to me about the air assist. But other than that, I ran XTool lasers for years and when my 20w module took a crap on me, I couldnt order another one cuz they discontinued the D1 models and was pushing for the new versions of lasers that are alot more than I wanted to spend,3k to 4k for a new laser. I found the Toocaa and seen the price so I gave it a shot. Impressive build quality. Doesnt seem to made made cheaply. Hope they stick around and not be like XTool. i love the cover and the lights also. How long it will all last is still up in the air but so far so good.

Best Bang for your Buck!

Phenomenal customer service. I bought the Air Assist bundle, but didn't receive the Air Assist. I worked with TOOCAA and it will be shipping directly to me. However, for some tough projects this 20W can do some work!

This is a great pack of 3mm basswood plywood sheets
This is a great pack of 3mm basswood plywood sheets. They're really nice and flat and have no voids or imperfections that I can find so far. While they don't fit out of the box in our laser, a quick trip through the table saw took care of that. At roughly $5 per sheet, these come in on the expensive side but they do appear to be good quality sheets.
