I bought a 325.00 dollar Wireless sm58 unit which was a joke. The micrphones were plastic, the tonor mic's are metal which makes a big difference, because handling a plastic mic',gives all kinds of distortion just holding it . picks up every sound by moving your hand. What a joke that was for a Shure product. I have 2 sm58 Shure mic's that aren't wireless but they are great mic's. Goes to tell you that just because someting is more expensive isn't always the best. Buy the tonors I really like this wireless system, has great sound and easy to use. Just so you know I have been doing karaoke since 1993. Layman's terms - if you are looking for a good/inexpensive pair of wireless mics - these are the best I've ever worked with at this price point. They sound amazing, the range is more than enough for just about any usage scenario and the setup couldn't be easier. Battery life is impressive and I love the fact that each mic not only displays the remaining battery level, but also shows signal strength.
