This mic stand is well-made with high-quality components that screw together easily and securely. When the base is fully extended, it’s extremely sturdy on both my carpet and hardwood flooring; it doesn’t rock, wobble, or cause any tip concerns. The kit includes two different mic attachments—a standard clip-in style and velcro strap included in a zip-top bag in the box and the larger clamp shown in my pictures. The clamp arrives already screwed into the mount. Assembly and disassembly are quick and fairly intuitive, which is good because my eyesight isn’t great, and I struggled to decipher the small graphics that Tonor used in the manual to depict each step of the process. The flexibility of the mic stand is also very good, allowing for a wide range of height and angle adjustments that are securely locked into place by screw knobs. The tablet/phone holder uses a spring-loaded action that firmly holds my S22 Ultra in its case (Pop Socket top removed) and a sizeable Galaxy Tab S9+. The holder can be clamped to the mic arm without creating instability or attached to the main pole. The latter allows me to use the stand solely as a tablet holder when I don’t need a microphone but want to view my screen at a better angle or in a space without a convenient table or other flat surface. One caution for those with an Otterbox Commuter case like me: remove the outer shell before using the phone holder to avoid damaging the case. In every test I performed on both my phone and my husband’s, the clamp squeezed the shell, bending it away from the phone. Over time, this could crack or warp that part of the case. My only complaint about this mic stand is that the included storage bag is flimsy and offers only a thin rope strap for carrying, which I found uncomfortable in my hands and slung over my shoulder. It serves its purpose; everything fits. It just isn’t the same quality as the rest of the kit or as well thought out. Even with the disappointing bag, the Tonor mic stand kit is a great value for $36.99 and offers everything I need.

Review for TONOR Microphone Stand with Tablet Holder, Tripod Boom Arm for Floor, Adjustable Height. Pros: Metal tubing. Feels hefty, so weight helps with stability. Adjustable height makes this very useful. Boom arm holds mic close to your mouth for playing and instrument while singing. Has a sling style carrying case. Cons: Plastic connectors. Not all connectors snug down tight enough. Instructions say that you must have 2 specific connectors tightened, or the mic might fall. And one of these connectors was one that would not snug down fully. I hate the phone holder, as it is spring loaded. I don't want that much pressure on my very expensive phone or tablet. It would have been better to have a screw type of adjustment. Mic holder tends to rotate, no matter how much I tighten the clamp. No info on the second mic stand in the instructions. Summary: This mic stand should be good for home use, where you don't have to take it apart a lot. It should last for a long time if not abused. However, the plastic parts mean that if you are buying this to take with you for impromptu gigs, these are the points that will fail first due to repeated tightening. It is a pretty good quality home mic stand, especially with the metal tubing.
