The Tono King FRP Hard Tri-fold Tonneau is a good value Tonneau cover for the price. I wanted a FRP cover vs an aluminum cover, and this is a good price point for an FRP cover based on my research. This Tonneau cover replaced a 9 year Hard Trii-fold Tonneau cover, which I purchased from a major brand company paying over twice the price of the Tono King cover. The Tono King cover is comparable in my opinion, and at a better price point. I have had the cover for approximately three weeks, here are some pros and cons with the cover: Pros: - Good price for a FRP Hard Tri-fold Tonneau cover. - Very easy to install, I did it myself in minutes. The directions included in the box were OK, but there is a short video on Amazon that helped, especially with some of the clamps. - Low profile on the truck bed, looks great. - There are six clamps that hold down the cover on the truck bed, my old cover only had four. One thing that would be nice is if the back (near tailgate) clamps were spring loaded, but for the price of this cover not a game changer. - The weather stripping is helpful, but if you have a drop-in bed liner you need to be aware of how the liner is installed in the truck as you may need to modify some of the weather stripping on the install. I did not at first and had some minimal water getting in during a storm. The situation was easily corrected. - The cover was packaged well in the box, and delivery was quick. - Spare parts provided in the box, which I think is helpful. - Rubber stripping/gaskets on the cover appear to be solid and should do a good job keeping the cover from leaking. - Keeps the bed contents secured with my locking truck bed. Cons: - The cover will not lay flat on the truck bed without it being clamped down. The first two clamps near the truck cabin are screw clamps which hold the front panel in place. The remaining four clams, two each for each remaining two sections, are bolt pinch clamps and need to be secured to hold the cover flat. Overall, I am happy with my purchase of the Tono King FRP Hard Try-fold Tonneau cover and recommend the cover. If things change, I will update my review.

2025 Ford F150 and this looks really nice on it. Took about 30 minutes to install by myself. Feels very sturdy and looks great. Tailgate closes and opens with no problem or harsh rubbing. I wish The hardware was a little more robust and sturdy but it does the job. I’ll see how long the plastics hold up. Directions weren’t great but it’s very self explanatory and the product comes well packaged. I did buy a replacement set of hardware from Walmart and it does seem to be better quality so if the factory hardware fails I can replace it with the better ones. I would Definately recommend this cover to anyone with an F150. For the price you can’t lose.

A much less expensive alternative. I was surprised at how good it looks and how well it fits. The one issue I have that doesn't affect most trucks is that the rear seal will hold my remote electric tail gate in place and not allow it to "fall open normally". I need to pull on the tail gate to overcome the "seal grip" so the tailgate will open. On a manual tailgate, this would not even be noticed. That said, the seal is tight enough to prevent leaks, even when pressure washing the truck. It fits the truck bed well, doesn't look "stuck on top" and provides out of sight security, no leaks, no dust and no complaints. I'd buy it again.

After I ordered this, I had buyer's remorse and attempted to cancel the order. It was too late to cancel, so the product arrived a few days later. I decided to install and try it. Installation can be a little tricky, because you need to measure at the front and at the back. I installed it by myself - it would be easier if you had another person to help you. Once you get it measured properly, installation is a breeze. You just tighten down the brackets along the cover. I'm so glad I tried it, because this cover is heavy duty, and is excellent quality for the price. I'm going to keep it. I don't get any flapping noise like some of the other reviewers. I did use the seal and I tightened the clamps heavily. The only negative, which I was aware of when I bought it, is that to open you need to unlock the clamps. This isn't as convenient of a feature as the Bakflip covers that I'm used to. So if you plan on opening and closing the cover a lot, this might get annoying. But for me, I won't be opening and closing it a lot. I use the bed for cargo when we take our travel trailer camping. 5 stars for me!

Perfect fit for my 2018 F-150. Simple to install, easy to fold and latch and unlatch. Waterproof so far (about 6 weeks) even after the 30+ lb grandkids have crawled all over it. And it looks great. No complaints!!
