This rug is a nightmare. I can't believe they market this. The quality is terrible looking and the rug is 5 to 6 inches longer than was stated in the description. I can't use it because it won't fit in my bathroom. Free returns comes with a catch. The only way I can return it for free is if I want to get in my car and drive to Staples. There is not a store very close to me so I am quite disappointed that this is my only option for a free return. I ordered this rug to replace the one I ordered last month that was poor quality which I determined after I washed it the first time. I threw that rug away. So now I am 0 for 2 on the rug. Amazon, we deserve more options of where we can drop off returns. Without paying for it. ... show more
