A good sleeve/case for the 14in MacBook Pro (M3chip). It has protective cushions within the main pocket for the laptop, though you will need to push the laptop into the cushion to make sure the edges are covered. The main pocket opens only up half way, so this is not a hard shell. Additionally, this is a snug case, so do not expect any hard shells to fit with the laptop. The outer pocket is tight, so bigger or thicker objects like a charging block will stick out. It will not look slim and may not fit into some backpack slots. The outer pocket is large so you can fit many accessories like a battery pack, phone, wireless mouse, earbuds/airpods, etc, but there isn’t much protection aside from the fabric. Overall a durable sleeve with soft protection, good for carrying your MacBook Pro. Holds all accessories when you carry it by itself, and can fit in backpack slots when you travel. ... show more

No sooner did I receive the sleeve when my wife and I were off on a 5,000 mile cross country trip. The sleeve protected my three week old MacBook Pro far better than I could have hoped for. The padding for the MacBook corners really does a fantastic job of minimizing any force to the computer itself. While it is bulkier than some other sleeves, the trade-off is superior protection with a nicely lined interior and densely padded corners as per the product description. Overall, this bulkiness is a matter of cm and doesn't bother me much, but if you're looking for the thinnest of all sleeves, this probably is not it. The product fits my Lenovo Yoga 7i 14" perfectly/snugly. I will say that the superficial pocket is rather slim and doesn't store much with the laptop inside, but I have been able to fit my charger and stylus within. I had a flimsy Windows laptop bend in the middle recently, causing me to finally give up on the PC side and give into my desire to go back to the Mac. Protecting my investment is important to me, and so I did the research and came to this sleeve by Tomtoc, a brand I was already familiar with and that I already trusted. This sleeve does not disappoint. The attention to detail in the craftsmanship is evident in just how well my MacBook Pro 14 inch M2 Pro (quite a mouthful) fits into the sleeve. The corners hug the laptop, surrounding it with velvety smooth material. I haven't really ever cared about interior material but man, this is nice. An added bonus is it effectively sweeps fingerprint smudges off every time I put the laptop into this sleeve. The protection is evident in the thickness of the sleeve's walls -- all 6 sides are protected with generous padding. Some other sleeves only protect the top and bottom case and don't bother putting much material on the side walls. This case feels like an insurance policy against the day to day and those times I am frustrated or exhausted and just drop my bag on the hard floor. I don't get that "oh no what have I done" feeling after such a monebt because I know my laptop is safe inside this sleeve. ... show more

I bought this for a new M1 14” MacBook Pro. The fit is very snug. This makes getting the two top corners in require a bit of finger work but also provides superior protection. Only the two lower corners have the special reinforcement for extra protection against dropping. This may be best, considering how the top corners get wrangled when putting the laptop into the case (reinforcing the top corners might make that harder). The zipper going down 3” on the right side (label facing you) and 5” on the left side means you can plug the laptop in via its MagSafe 3 port while it’s in the case in either of the two hinge-up orientations even while the zipper is mostly closed. Inevitably the slider of the front side pocket causes a lump that you wouldn’t want to press hard on as it could then transmit force to a small spot on the laptop vs spreading force over a larger area, but parking the zipper at the top as intended, by the thoughtfully added orange indicator, minimizes risk of that pressing hard against the computer.
