It seems to be quite effective - it pulled a full containers worth of water in less than 48 hours and I can already note a remarkable difference in both mugginess and smell of the room. this little thing does it’s JOB!! i live in an old small apartment and i was having big issues with moisture and mildew. this dehumidifier has helped SIGNIFICANTLY! the temperature is down AND the air feels more dry. it pulls SO much water out of the air in my apartment!! i love that it shuts off automatically when it gets full so i never have to worry about it. it’s very quiet, almost silent. the colorful lights are a nice touch! they’re pretty and it’s nice that i can turn them off if i want to. its small but powerful! i love this dehumidifier and i’m glad i got it

It is easy to use, quiet and also automatically switched off when the tank fills up, making it very practical and safe. Emptying the tank is quick and simple. I got this to help keep the cost of cooling down, as a lot of the heat in my apartment is from humidity. I also have a severe mold allergy, and this coupled with my air filter has been an absolute game changer. I run this in my bathroom and laundry room and it reduces the drying time of both rooms during use, which means I don't have to meticulously scrub everything down to prevent mold nearly as often. I can't afford another air filter (I have mine specially made due to the nature of my allergen sensitivities and it's quite expensive) so I thought that getting a little portable dehumidifier would help. I was right! I'm disabled, so scrubbing everything out once a week is too hard for me to keep up with physically. I squeegee out all my sinks and tubs after use, run this for a few hours, and all is well! Super happy it has a night mode, too, as I do run it in my room sometimes. My apartment has vinyl floors that absorb liquids really easily, so mopping used to involve mopping and then drying the floor so mold wouldn't grow underneath or warp the vinyl. Now I can just run this instead. It's really light, easy to use, and super convenient. Honestly worth more than the what I paid for it by far, given the quality of life upgrade. Easy to empty, easy to clean, love it.

Quiet and efficient. It makes our small basement noticeably drier. I dump the water out every morning. It’s always about a third full. It could probably go a couple of days without having to empty. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars was because the “night mode” light is still bright and the noise levels do not seem to change. It’s ok though, because it creates white noise.
