The remote control with integrated screen is a great advantage, since you do not have to depend on your phone. The setup was quick and the controls respond well. The 1080p camera takes decent photos and videos with good lighting, and the foldable design makes it easy to carry. The battery life is good for several short flights and remains stable in calm climates. Overall, it has an excellent value for money and is a fun drone to learn with. Great beginner drone with screen remote, spares, and case – solid value I bought the TD12 Pro as my first proper camera drone and I’m impressed for the price. It comes ready for beginners: foldable black drone, remote with built-in screen (so you don’t need a phone), modular battery, optical flow positioning, headless mode, 3 speed modes, HD camera with electric adjustable lens, WiFi FPV, and the ability to take photos/videos. What’s in the box / kit • Drone + remote with screen • Gray hard carrying case (fits everything nicely) • Spare blades + blade guards • Extra small parts / cables in a plastic bag • Everything needed to get flying quickly Pros for beginners • Screen on the remote is a big plus – live view is right there, no phone mounting or app hassle. • Optical flow and headless mode make hovering and orientation much easier when you’re learning. • 3 speed modes let you start slow and ramp up. • Foldable design + hard case makes it easy to take outside. • Spare blades and guards are included, which is smart because you’ll probably clip something while practicing. • Battery is modular/easy to swap if you get extras later. Real-world notes Setup was straightforward. Charged the battery, unfolded the arms, paired, and was in the air quickly. The screen feed is usable for basic flying and framing shots. It’s not a high-end cinema drone, but for learning and casual outdoor flying / short clips it’s more than enough. Feels stable in light wind thanks to the positioning system. Minor cons • Screen resolution and range are fine for the price but not ultra-clear or long-distance. • Flight time is typical for this class (plan on multiple batteries if you want longer sessions). • Plastic build is lightweight (good for portability) but treat it with care. Overall this is one of the better “everything included” starter kits I’ve seen. Screen remote + case + spares make it much more beginner-friendly than bare-bones options. If you’re just getting into drones and want something that flies, records, and packs up easily without needing extra gear right away, the TD12 Pro is a strong choice. Highly recommend for new pilots.
