  • Product and Customer Service is BEST IN CLASS!!
We purchased a 12 foot trampoline with the enclosure net and basketball hoop add-on last year and have been very pleased with it. The assembly was relatively easy with 2 people. You'll need someone with a little strength to help attach the springs but other than that, it was assembled in about 1-2 hours. Our 8 year old daughter and 12 year old son really enjoy jumping on the trampoline - and let me tell you - we really enjoy watching them because they sleep better at night! Last week, my daughter slipped and fell into the net causing one of the net support bars to snap and the safety net to rip. She was unharmed as the safety net served it's purpose! Despite the incident, the trampoline is very sturdy. We feel this was likely circumstantial to our situation rather than poor quality of the product. This afternoon, we emailed Skywalker to inquire about our warranty for replacing the enclosure net and connected support bar. Our Customer Service Representative was fantastic. Not only did she respond within 15 minutes, she explained that the bar would be replaced but the enclosure net was out of warranty. However, she then offered to move forward and replace the net as a one-time courtesy. Furthermore, she had already ordered the parts and said they'd be shipped from their warehouse today and at that time she'd email me with the tracking information. In Summary... 4 * * * * easy to assemble, high quality product, neighbors wished they would have bought the one we have - Skywalker 5 * * * * * Fun - kids love it and use the basketball net 5 * * * * * Fair pricing. We highly recommend investing in the enclosure net. 5 * * * * * AMAZING customer service! Absolutely TOP NOTCH! It's always easy to give negative feedback but all too often, many customers do not share their positive feedback. As a result, we will absolutely consider shopping with Skywalker again and we highly recommend their product and business model, which is best in class. ... show more

  • Well done, simple concept and easy to put together
Color: Blue Style: 12 Foot Pattern Name: Trampoline
Easy to assemble even though is not coming with instructions. You may want to look on YouTube on how to assemble it, Skywalker is having videos. Use your logic, lay down on the ground all the pieces and start building the trampoline from the legs. Also make sure that all connectors of the round frame are with the pole holes toward outside the circle And the screw holes towards inside. Then alternate the connectors, a T one for the poles with a simple one. We had to take apart the round frame when we realized that the poles will not be evenly distributed around the frame. As for the mat and the springs, we started putting the springs in opposite sides, that way the tension is evenly distributed. Do not start in one side and go around ! You will not be able to attach the other half of the mat. The net is attached in the same time with the mat : a ring of the mat goes through a hole of the net's edge, and only then you put the spring. The poles are the last ones, and you should also start with two poles on opposite sides and then go around. And the net should be with the warning label outwards. Other than that, pretty sturdy and lot of fun. The trampoline is Not coming with a ladder, so make sure you buy one, because the trampoline is raised from the ground with about 2.5 feet - smaller or not so tall kids will not be able to get inside. Good size for a regular backyard. I put it together with my older son in less than two hours. One year later review : The trampoline survived wonderful a whole summer of jumping ( pretty much all the neighboring kids). We also took a garden sprinkler spike and oriented the water flow on the trampoline - good idea if you don't feel like taking them to the pool. On top of that, the trampoline was outside all winter long, with no visible damages, except for a slight discoloration of the blue plastic ring . Of course, our winters in Georgia are nothing compared with the ones up North. So I would say - go for it ! It's a good buy. ... show more

  • Got a great deal on this trampoline
Color: Blue Style: 12 Foot Pattern Name: Trampoline
Got a great deal on this trampoline, and couldn't be happier. After reading all the feedback about parts/instructions missing, I was a little concerned it would be a real pain to put together, but figured I could work through it. I did find the instructions to be a little vague in some areas, but was able to put this together by myself in about 2.5 hours. Watching the Skywalker tutorial on YouTube before starting helped a lot, here is a link to that video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0PgW7dUF87Q. A previous reviewer mentioned holes not being drilled in the proper place on a netting support piece, and I think that may have be an assembly mistake rather than a manufacturing mistake. I myself made the same mistake on one pole because the directions for this portion of assembly are not specific about which side to attach. The slightly bent tubes that are used to hold up the netting have a hole drilled all the way through the pole on one end (leaving 2 holes), and a hole drilled only on one side on the other end (leaving 1 hole). The end with 1 hole is also slightly D shaped rather than round, which you will notice matches up with the slight D shape on the straight piece. The end with 2 holes will still fit/connect onto the straight piece, but it will leave you with only 1 hole at the top of the post which will prevent you from being able to attach the cap. Just something to pay attention to in order to avoid the frustration of having to take things apart. Overall I am impressed with the quality of this trampoline, and would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase it for home use. ... show more

  • Great value for the money, would buy again!
I waited to write a review so we could see how it holds up. We have had it for three weeks of daily use. Mostly kids 30-60 lbs, occasionally adults up to 200 lbs (the weight max). It took a little time to put together (about 2 hours), but that was expected and the instructions were straightforward and well written. There are squeaks with jumping, but it is not excessive. It is holding up well except for a tear on the padding that covers the springs where you climb in. Nothing a little duct tape can’t solve and given the location and kids climbing in/out this was not a surprise. We have checked screws and joints weekly to assess for any loosening or slippage. Other than tightening up a few screws here and there (nothing was at risk of falling out, we just keep them tight), we have had no issues. It is a little hard to get in and out. We had a bench that put at the entrance to help. Either that, a step stool, or you can purchase a ladder that attaches. For little kids it would be tough without. For the price, you can’t beat it. I was a bit of a skeptic, but it has been a safe and fun activity. Four stars instead of five solely for the tear, the challenge getting in/out, and the squeaking. All totally livable issues and expected for the price. We have definitely gotten our money’s worth already. The kids love it. Sometimes they just sit on it to play games. Would purchase again for sure. ... show more

  • Nice for the Price
The trampoline shows up in one fairly heavy box, I helped the UPS guy unload it then I dragged it into my garage, so it isn’t too bad. I’m fairly handy, 5’9”(maybe matters?) and assembly was extremely straightforward. I watched their 6 minute or so youtube video to prep and followed along with the instructions in the box pretty easy from there on out. I did it entirely myself, and the most awkward part was sliding the jumping mat frame/leg pieces into each other, but once you get two connected they stay fairly stable. What I’m getting at is you really don’t need help like the instructions insist, so don’t be worried about that. The only part that didn’t line up with their youtube video is the safety net was not attached to the jumping mat, but again, this was easy following the instructions. If you follow the instructed spring install pattern none of them are overly obnoxious to stretch. I did have to level the ground a little bit, as it was an awkward corner of my yard to cover up some weird concrete/rock/plant feature the previous homeowner had. I just dug little trenches for the legs that needed it, leveled it by eye from both angles, then used a 6 foot level sitting on a 12 foot piece of lumber I had laying around. I did install 2 ground anchors on each leg, which I had to purchase seperately. The complete install from start to finish took about 5 hours split between two weekday evenings. The end result seems to be a well designed product. The legs do sometimes move side to side a bit depending on where you are jumping on it, but I’m not sure I’ve ever jumped on a sub $1000 trampoline that doesn’t do this. The basketball hoop and ball are cheap little pieces, but to be honest are just fine for my 7 year old and I to mess around. The color I bought had little price difference between the one that came with it and the one that didn’t so it’s a nice little addition. Overall, very happy for spending only $300. ... show more

  • Box arrived busted and parts missing, but customer service saved the day!
Update. I contacted customer service Friday morning. I sent via email the necessary requirements they needed to process a warranty claim to get me the missing part, and it arrived the next morning (a Saturday) at 8:30 am. WOW! Customer service at Skywalker is amazing!! I really didn't think this would happen. My husband and I assembled the trampoline in about an hour or so and the kids LOVE it. It is a nice size, plenty big for my two children and the others in the neighborhood (ages 5-8 currently). My husband and I can also jump in it if we wanted to. This trampoline was ordered to replace an 8ft Skywalker trampoline we ordered from Amazon 2-3 years ago. It is still in great condition, we just wanted a bigger one to accommodate our growing children and their neighborhood friends who like to get in there together. This one fits the bill. If you are on the fence about getting this trampoline, do it! As a side note, we anchor our trampoline to a concrete pad to keep it from moving, as it gets really windy at times where we live. No problems with the 8ft one, even during severe thunderstorm weather; I will update if we have any problems with this one in the future. Many neighbors who don't anchor theirs end up with a wadded up piece of flying junk, so make sure to secure properly if you want it to last. We watch this happen over and over again every time the wind gets up. Take care of it in the beginning, and it will last many years! Original post: I was thrilled when I found this with 2-day prime shipping. However, it was delivered today (on time), and one side of the box was completely busted open, exposing poles and parts. Open the rest of the package to find a socket bracket missing needed to assemble the frame. It's Thursday, Skywalker customer service is closed for the day, and I can't get a new trampoline, or just the part (even though both are available on prime) until next Tuesday. Fantastic, since I have two very excited kids who saw the trampoline delivered and had planned to use it this coming weekend for my son's birthday party. Pretty disappointed right now!! ... show more

  • so far, so good
Color: Blue Style: 12 Foot Pattern Name: Trampoline
We have had this set up for just a few days for our 6 and 4 year old, so I cannot comment on the longevity of this product. But my kids have been bouncing non-stop and are perfectly content. Many of my friends have this trampoline and seem happy. The package was delivered on time. It was HEAVY, arrived in one box.We used a wheelbarrow to move it. It came with all parts that were listed in the description. I ordered another pull tool (it came with one) to speed up set up, since my husband and I were doing the setup together. I am glad I did, it really helped the process. Overall, the set up went well. No confusion in the instructions, although my fairly handy husband took the lead. I thought it was straightforward though, and I am not that handy. I don't think I asked him often for guidance, it was clear just by seeing the parts laid out. The kids helped, too, and, again, it was straightforward enough that it kept their attention and there were many simple tasks they could do. We have long, snowy winters, so this will be up for five months, max, likely three, and I thought about the seasonal breakdown process as we put it up, It doesn't seem too bad. I purchased this trampoline based on a google search that led me to a couple of articles reviewing trampolines-this one had good mentions in both as safe, affordable, good company reputation. ... show more

  • First I'd like to say that I do base many decisions on ...
Color: Blue Style: 12 Foot Pattern Name: Trampoline
First I'd like to say that I do base many decisions on reviews that I read, but try to be open minded, being that people will always have or find problems with anything. My kids are ages 3 and 7 and absolutely love their new trampoline. I put it together myself in about 2-3 hours. Believe it or not I had the whole thing together and then noticed that I put the net up on the wrong joint (read instructions carefully to see what I'm referring to), therefore I had to disassemble the entire trampoline and put it back together. You don't need two people. I even dug into the ground slightly so that a few legs would be sunken in to get the trampoline as level as I could. I was debating whether to get a larger size, however the 12' is just fine. I've had up to 4 kids on the trampoline with no problems. I am aware of the weight limit and the suggested amount of jumpers at one time, however as long as you don't go overboard you should be just fine. It's pretty solid construction. Once you put it together its very easy disassemble if you want to store it away for the winter. Not sure If im going to even go that route when the time comes, but at least its do-able if you want it to last for many years. The spring pull tool that came with it is sufficient, you don't need to buy any aftermarket product. Hopefully I've covered most of the topics that I was looking for when I was reading reviews. ... show more
